DZ47-63小型低压漏电断路器使用说明书1、小型低压漏电断路器用途DZ47LE漏电脱扣器与DZ47-63小型断路器拼装成漏电断路器,它适用于交流50HZ、额定电压到380V,额定电流到63A的电路中,作为人身触电和设备漏电保护之用,并且有过载、短路保护功能,也可以在正常情况下作为线路的不频繁转换之用。
当它兼有过电压保护功能时,除了以上功能外,还能对由于电网故障引起的电压过度升高(例如由于中心线错接、断开、三相负载不平衡引起的电压升高)进行保护。
2、小型低压漏电断路器正常工作条件2.1周围空气温度-5℃~+40℃,24H内平均值不超过35℃;2.2海拔:安装地点的海拔高度不超过2000M。
2.3大气条件安装地点的空气相对湿度在最高温度+40℃时不超过50%,在最湿月的月平均最低温度不起过+25℃,相对温度不超过90%。
2.4安装类别安装类别为II III级。
2.5污染等级:污染等级为2级。
2.6安装型式采用标准导轨安装。

5、小型低压漏电断路器结构和工作原理5.1结构漏电断路器由CNPB1系列断路器和漏电脱扣器组装而成,其拼装过程参见拼装图。
漏电脱扣器主要由零序互感器、电子判别控制电路、脱扣器推标杆、试验按钮等组成。
5.2工作原理将漏电断路器手柄扳向ON位置时,通过机械机构带动动触头并与静触头可靠接触,接通电路、当线路发生过载故障时,过载电流使热双金属元件弯曲并推动扛杆使得机械锁定机构复位,动触头迅速离开静触头,从而实现分断线路的功能;当线路发生短路故障时,零序互感器输出的信号触发可控硅导通,漏电断路器在0.3S内切断电源,从而实现漏电保护功能;过压保护是利用分压原理取得过电压压信号触发可控硅导通,漏电脱扣器的铁芯动作,推杆推动断路器脱扣,使漏电断路器在0.3S内切断电源,从而实现过压保护功能。

5.2 过电流脱扣特性:断路器在正常安装条件和基准环境温度30 ℃ 下的过电流脱扣特性应符合下表的规定。

1.用途与适用范围1.1用途:DZ47-60小型断路器主要用于交流50HZ/60HZ,单极230V,二、三、四极400V,电流正常情况下不频繁地通断电器装置和照明线路。

2.主要结构及工作原理:2.1断路器主要由外壳、操作结构、瞬时脱扣器、灭弧装置等组成。

DZ47LE 过压漏电断路器使用说明书一、主要用途与使用范围DZ47LE 过压保护断路器适用于交流 50Hz,单相 230V 的线路中,当发生过压时自动切 断电源,保障人身安全和防止设备因过电压造成的事故,亦可作为保护线路的过载及漏 电保护之用,及在正常情况下作为线路的不频繁转换之用。
