介绍一个你最喜欢的景点英语作文

介绍一个你最喜欢的景点英语作文全文共5篇示例,供读者参考篇1My Favorite Place in the Whole Wide WorldDo you have a favorite place that you really really love? A place that makes you super happy just thinking about it? Well, I do! And I'm going to tell you all about my number one favorite spot. Get ready, because this place is awesome! My favorite place in the entire universe is this huge park called Glacier National Park. It's located way up north in the United States, really close to Canada. Glacier National Park has ginormous mountains, beautiful valleys, glistening lakes, incredible waterfalls, and amazing animals everywhere you look!I've been going to Glacier almost every summer since I was a tiny baby. My whole family drives for miles and miles to get there from our home. We have to pack tons of stuff like tents, sleeping bags, hiking boots, life jackets, and bear spray (don't worry, it's just for protection!). The drive always feels super long, but I don't even care because I'm so excited to finally arrive. When we enter Glacier National Park, the first thing I notice are the humongous rocky mountain peaks. They're called the Rocky Mountains and they are the crinkliest, most jaw-dropping mountains I've ever seen! They look like giant gray dragons sticking straight up into the bright blue sky. Some even have white snow sprinkled on top, even in summer! As we drive further into the park, that's when the real fun begins. We usually stop at this perfect little lake called Lake McDonald. The water is sooo clear and freezing cold since it's fed by glaciers (that's where the park gets its name!). You can go swimming, but I prefer sticking my toes in rather than my whole body because it's ice ice cold! There's a hiking trail that loops all the way around the lake too. One time, we saw a huge male deer drinking from the lake. He had the most massive antlers I've ever seen! I was a little scared he might attack us, but my dad said deer are pretty chill unless you get too close.Another awesome thing about Glacier is "Going-to-the-Sun Road." That's the actual name and it's not lying - this road truly does go to the sun! It's a long, windy, narrow road that climbs up and up through the mountains. The views are breathtaking everywhere you look. Sheer cliffs, thick green forests, powerful waterfalls cascading down from above. You can even see glaciersand snow fields! There are hardly any guardrails, which makes me a little nervous when we reach the highest point called Logan Pass. But the feeling of being on top of the world makes it totally worth it.Speaking of being on top of the world, that's how I feel when we go hiking in Glacier National Park. Some of the hiking trails are short and easy, while others are super long and incredibly difficult. No matter how hard the hike, the scenery and landscape is always unbelievable. One of my favorite hikes is the Avalanche Lake Trail. After walking for a while through a forest of towering trees, you emerge to find the most beautiful lake you've ever seen. The water is this really unique shade of blue-green. And behind the lake are waterfalls spilling down from the mountains above. It's honestly the most prettiest, most peaceful place. Sometimes we spot animals on the trail like furry little critters called pikas or huge mountain goats sitting on the rocky ledges. I'm always a little scared of potentially running into a grizzly bear, but I've never actually seen one (thank goodness!).When I'm not out hiking miles and miles, I love horseback riding through the meadows and valleys of Glacier. There's this one area called the Two Medicine Valley that feels straight out of a cowboy movie. Rolling hills, winding rivers, horses everywhere.I've gotten pretty decent at riding horses and can even try trotting and cantering now (those are the horse speeds faster than walking!). The horses in Glacier seem to be superwell-trained too. They're not spooked easily, even when we occasionally see wildlife like a fox, coyote or bald eagle. I definitely want to be a cowgirl or horse trainer when I grow up!After long days spent exploring the trails and meadows of Glacier, I look forward to heading back to our campsite and starting the fun night activities. We always try to pick campsites that are right along one of the rivers or creeks. That way, I can spend hours just staring at the crystal clear glacial water gushing over the rocks. The sound is so relaxing and peaceful. Once it starts getting dark, we cook a yummy dinner over the campfire, make s'mores for dessert, and then go star-gazing before bedtime. With very little light pollution, the night skies in Glacier are spectacular! I've never seen so many twinkling stars in the velvety night sky. There's just something truly magical about Glacier National Park. I can't quite put my finger on it, but the incredible scenery, fresh mountain air, plethora of outdoor activities, and tranquil atmosphere make it unlike anywhere else on Earth. I cherish the quality time spent there with my family, creating lifelongmemories under those big open skies. Without a doubt, Glacier National Park will always be my happy place and favorite spot in the whole wide world. It fills me with pure wonder and joy unlike anything else. I feel so lucky to have experienced its beautyfirst-hand at such a young age. Maybe I'll be a park ranger there when I'm older and spend every single day surrounded by its splendor! Can you tell I'm just a little obsessed with Glacier?!篇2My Favorite Place in the Whole Wide WorldHave you ever been somewhere that made you feel like you were in a storybook? That's how I feel when I go to Storybook Gardens! It's the most magical place on Earth in my opinion. Let me tell you all about it.Storybook Gardens is a huge park filled with areas themed after popular fairy tales and children's stories. It first opened in 1958 and it's located in my city. My parents have been taking me there since I was a baby and it's always been my number one favorite destination. The best part is that everything at Storybook Gardens is super oversized! The playgrounds have enormous sculptures of beloved book characters that are ten feet tall or more. You canclimb up inside a colossal squash like the one from The Enormous Turnip. There's a gigantic planter shaped like an old lady's shoe for kids to scamper through like the old lady who lived in a shoe nursery rhyme. And my absolute favorite is climbing to the top of Humpty Dumpty's cracked and crooked wall! The gardens themselves are just as magical. Each one is inspired by a different classic tale. In the Three Little Pigs garden, there are little houses made of straw, sticks, and bricks with a big smokestack huffing and puffing. Rapunzel's garden has a tall stone tower with her long braid dangling down. And my sister's favorite is the Peter Rabbit garden filled with oversized carrots, cabbages, and radishes that we can munch on.But Storybook Gardens isn't just for little kids. There are all sorts of fun attractions that bigger kids and adults love too. They have go-kart courses, paddle boats you can drive around a little lake, and mini golf courses. My favorite is the Wizard of Oz mini golf where you putt through the streets of the Emerald City and under the dangling legs of the Wicked Witch's castle! The park also has incredible playgrounds, a petting zoo, and an antique carousel with hand-carved horses and chariots. We love riding the carousel, throwing petting food to the goats andsheep, and exploring the hedge mazes and secret gardens. No matter how many times I go, there's always some new surprise to discover. One of the highlights of every year is the Christmas Fantasy lights show. They string up millions of sparkling lights all throughout the park and have light displays showing scenes from stories like The Nutcracker and 'Twas the Night Before Christmas. My family goes every December to drink hot chocolate and watch all the dazzling decorations twinkle at night. It's so pretty and festive!Another tradition my family has is attending the Fairy Tale Fair every spring. They bring in jousters, minstrels, jesters, and even wandering giants on stilts to entertain the crowds. We love watching the knights compete in tournament games and cheering for our favorite characters during the parade. Sometimes I even get to meet fairy tale princesses like Cinderella or Snow White and take pictures with them. The best day I ever had at Storybook Gardens was definitely my 8th birthday party. My parents rented out the Old Woman's Shoe for a few hours and all my friends came over in their pajamas for a slumber party theme. We got to eat cake and ice cream while dressed in our comfiest PJs, then headed out to runaround the gardens in our slippers! We played mermaid princess in the fountain courtyard and had a teddy bear's picnic on the giant mushrooms. I'll never forget that amazing night with my besties.Whenever I'm having a bad day or feeling sad, coming to Storybook Gardens always cheers me up. As soon as I walk through the gates, it's like being transported into the worlds of all my favorite stories. The sights, sounds, and smells instantly lift my mood and fill me with a sense of joy and wonder. No matter how old I get, I'll never get tired of this place. It's truly a magical kingdom where dreams come to life.In my opinion, Storybook Gardens is the best destination for kids and kids-at-heart. With its whimsical landscapes,one-of-a-kind attractions, and fairytale amazement around every corner, it's no surprise that it has been my #1 happy place for as long as I can remember. I feel so lucky to have this incredible storybook world right in my hometown to explore again and again. If you ever get a chance to visit, I'm sure you'll fall in love too!篇3My Favorite Place - The Beach!Do you know what my favorite place in the whole wide world is? It's the beach! I absolutely love going to the beach. It's where I have the most fun and make the happiest memories. I'm going to tell you all about why the beach is so awesome.First of all, the beach has the best scenery. When you get there, you see the bright blue sky stretching out as far as you can see. The sky meets the sparkling ocean that goes on forever too. The ocean is this incredible shade of blue-green that's so pretty. And then there's the sandy beach that feels so nice between your toes. The sand is nice and warm from the sunshine. I love digging my feet down into the soft, grainy sand. It's heavenly! And that's just what you can see with your eyes. But the beach also has the most wonderful sounds and smells too. You can hear the rhythmic crashing of the waves as they roll in and out. That relaxing, swooshing sound is my favorite. And you can smell the fresh, salty ocean air. That scent instantly relaxes me and makes me feel so peaceful inside. It's the best scents and sounds in nature.Of course, the beach is most fun because of all the amazing activities you can do there. You can go swimming and splash around in the refreshing water. I love riding the waves and diving underneath them. You can build sandcastles and other sandsculptures on the beach too. My family and I have contests to see who can build the coolest and most detailed sandcastle. We always end up with sand everywhere, but it's worth it.You can also look for pretty seashells that have washed up on shore. I have a big collection of different colored shells, shiny rocks, and other treasures I've found combing the beach over the years. Some people like to go fishing off the beach too, but I'm not a big fan of that.Another awesome thing about the beach is that you often see cool marine life there. I've spotted dolphins swimming and jumping through the waves before. And once I even saw a sea turtle! How awesome is that? The beach is just filled with amazing plants and animals if you take the time to look closely. But maybe the number one reason I love the beach so much is because it's the ultimate place to just kick back, relax, and have fun with my family and friends. We'll pack a cooler with snacks and drinks and just spend the entire day hanging out on the beach together. We'll take turns burying each other in the sand, telling jokes and stories, and just enjoying each other's company in one of the most beautiful places on earth. Those are memories I'll never forget. My parents say the beach is a great place to unwind and "recharge your batteries." I'm not totally sure what that means, but I do know the beach makes me happier than anywhere else. After a super fun day at the beach, I'm recharged and refreshed - even if I did get a bit of sunburn! As you can probably tell, the beach is pretty much my happy place. It truly is my favorite place in the entire world. I feel so lucky to live near the ocean and be able to visit the beach all the time. When I'm an adult, I want to live somewhere right on the beach so I can enjoy it every single day. A house up on the beach cliffs with a gorgeous view? That would be a dream come true.Until then, you can find me at the beach as much as possible. I'll be the one swimming in the waves, covered in sand, with a big smile on my face. To me, the beach is pure paradise on earth. Whenever I'm feeling stressed, anxious or sad, the beach is where I want to be. It's impossible to have a bad day at the beach. It's my favorite playground, my favorite escape, my favorite adventure. The beach is simply the best!篇4My Favorite Place: The Awesome Aquarium!Do you like fish? I LOVE FISH! All different kinds of fish - big ones, little ones, colorful ones, and even weird looking ones. That's why my favorite place in the whole world is the aquarium. It's the most amazing, fantastic, underwater world you could ever imagine! The aquarium is this huge building with tons of giant tank windows where you can see all the fish swimming around. As soon as you walk in, there's a massive cylindrical tank in the middle that goes all the way up to the ceiling. It's filled with rays, sharks, turtles, and more fish than you could count! You can walk all the way around it on ramps and see everything from different angles. It's so cool! One of the best parts is the tunnel you can walk through under the ocean exhibit. The walls and ceiling are just clear tunnels, and you're completely surrounded by water on all sides. Sharks, rays, and gigantic fish swim right over your head! It feels like you're actually underwater with them. You can sit on the benches and watch them for hours. I always try to see who can hold their breath the longest when the sharks swim by.My favorite fish are the clown fish because they're so bright orange with white stripes and little smiley faces. They're just like Nemo from the movie! There's a whole section of the aquariumcalled the Tropical Reef where the clown fish live with all the brightest, prettiest fish you've ever seen. The coral reefs are every color of the rainbow with purple, pink, yellow, blue, and green. It looks like an underwater garden of crazy houseplants!Another very cool area is called the Amazon Rising, where they have recreated the whole Amazon River basin. There are piranhas, anacondas, caimans, and examples of all the fish and reptiles from that region. Be careful you don't fall in the water, or the piranhas might think you're food! It feels like you're in a real rainforest walking through there.Probably the most popular exhibit is the Shark Lagoon. This is an outdoor area with a gigantic pool where you can reach down and touch sharks, rays, and little fish as they swim past. The sharks are totally safe though, because they only eat fish, not humans! It's so crazy to be able to pet a real live shark. Their skin feels like sandpaper. Sometimes the rays even jump up out of the water! There's also an area called Penguin Playground that has tons of cute little penguins from Antarctica waddling around. They are so funny and silly to watch. You can see them swimming underwater through the glass too. During feeding time, they allassemble together and gobble up all the fish they're given. I always laugh when they slip and slide on the ice.My absolute favorite animal, though, is the Giant Pacific Octopus. They only have a few of them in their own separate tank, but they are incredible! An octopus has eight slimy, slippery, bendy arms that it uses to crawl around and catch fish to eat. It can actually squirt ink at you from across the tank if it gets scared! Octopuses are extremely intelligent and good at solving problems too. There are so many other creatures besides just fish - like sea otters, seals, beavers, and even alligators! You could spend an entire day there and still not see everything. After walking through all the exhibits, I like to go to the Aquarium Theater and catch one of the animal shows or movies in 3D about exploring shipwrecks and deep sea adventures. Before you leave, you have to stop in the gift shop! They have stuffed animals of every fish and sea creature, t-shirts, toys, games, puzzles, and all kinds of fun aquarium souvenirs. You can even get a real shark tooth necklace! I always beg my parents to get me something each time we go.The aquarium is awesome for so many reasons. It's an incredible place to learn about all the mysterious creatures thatlive under the ocean. You get to experience it up close and personal instead of just looking at pictures in a book. Seeing the real thing is a thousand times better than anything on TV or a computer screen. Whenever I go there, I always discover something new and amazing about marine life that I never knew before!I never get tired of going to the aquarium because there's always more to explore. I'm constantly finding new exhibits and shows that weren't there before. Plus, my favorite fish are constantly changing as I learn about different kinds! Sometimes I even pretend I'm scuba diving and swimming along with them. A place with that much ocean life is beyond my wildest dreams!I could go on forever about my love for the aquarium, but I'll stop here. If you've never been, you're really missing out! What's your excuse? Get out there and go discover one of the most jaw-droppingly awesome places on planet Earth! Who knows, you might even find a new favorite fish friend. I know I have!篇5My Favorite Place: The Playground! What is your favorite place? Mine is the playground near my school. It's the best place ever! I love going there every day afterschool to have fun with my friends. We play all sorts of games and it's always an adventure. The playground has so many cool things. First of all, it has the biggest swing set I've ever seen. It has ten swings all connected together. My friends and I have contests to see who can swing the highest without jumping off. I can swing super high, but Timmy always beats me. One time he swung so high I thought he might flip all the way over the top!Next to the swings is the seesaw. Lots of kids are too scared to go on it because they think they'll get stuck in the air. Not me though! I love that feeling when you go up and your stomach flips a little. My best friend Emily and I spend a lot of time seesawing up and down over and over. We see who can jump off at just the right second to make the other person smack down hard on their side. Don't worry, it's totally safe and we've never gotten hurt! The coolest part of the playground is definitely the jungle gym though. It's this crazy maze of bars, ramps, tunnels and ladders all twisted up together. It looks like a giant pretzel! My friends and I love finding new ways to climb around and explore every nook and cranny. Sometimes we play chase and have to be quick climbing and finding new routes to lose the person who's"it." Other times we just chill out on the little platforms and talk about video games. From the top of the jungle gym you can see everything - the swings, the seesaw, the basketball court, and even the street outside the playground gates. Once I climbed all the way up to the very highest point with my friend Jack. We could see sooooo far! We looked out over the rooftops of all the houses nearby. I swear we could even see downtown Houston way off in the distance! Jack got scared of being so high up and had to climb back down, but I stayed up there a while longer just looking out over everything.Behind the jungle gym is the sandbox. It's kind of hidden away which I like because then the bigger kids leave us alone to dig and build whatever we want back there. Me and my sandbox crew spend recess piling up sand into mountains, digging cool patterns and mixing in water to make sand castles. We use popsicle sticks to decorate them and sometimes even bury little toys to make our own archeological digs! The playground does have a few lame parts too though. Like the baby swings - who even uses those? They're so tiny and low to the ground. And the bouncy animals are kind of boring after you've ridden on them a few times. The merry-go-round isstupid too. It just spins you around in a circle and makes you feel dizzy. No thanks!Overall though, the playground is my happy place. I love how many different things there are to do and explore there. Every day feels like a new adventure with my friends. We run around getting exercise and fresh air instead of sitting inside. We use our creativity and imaginations to dream up games and activities. We learn about taking turns, playing fair, and getting along while having fun.Recess at the playground is definitely the highlight of my day at school. As soon as the bell rings for recess, I go running out the door and don't stop until I reach that gate with the "Park Playground" sign. I take a deep breath of the fresh air and feel completely free and happy. My friends and I shout and scream with joy as we start another recess adventure at our favorite place - the playground!。
