英语名师工作室个人工作计划
今年，我有幸成为高中英语名师工作室的一名成员。

我要好好把握这个机会学习、研究，使自己各方面的能力在原有基础上有更大的提升。

现制定个人年度计划如下：
一、启动思想，为工作室工作做好铺垫。

严格执行“名师工作室”工作计划与要求，按照理论与实践相结合、自主与交流相结合、学习与应用相结合、反思与提升相结合的原则，把先进的教育理念渗透和辐射到自己的教学中。

二、个人发展目标和要求
1、个人发展目标
在学习交流过程中不断总结提炼自己的教学经验，形成自己的教学风格与特色。

参与工作室的各类项目研究并完成研究任务。

在学年结束时能全面提升自己的教学能力和教科研能力。

2、个人工作要求
（1）勤读书读有关教育学、心理学的文章，理解“英语课程标准”的基本理念、目标和各阶段的要求等。

不但要勤读，还要勤思勤写，反思教学得失，勤写读书随笔，使自己自觉更新教育观念，树立适应现代化建设的教育观、质量观和人才观。

自觉改进教学方法，使自己的教学在新的教育理念的指导下，提高到一个新的水平，让教学具有创造性、艺术性。

（2）乐教学认认真真上好每一堂课，钻研教材，时常反思。

注意跟学生交流，找出自身教学缺陷，努力提高自我。

学习他人的教学特色和经验，并努力形成自己的教学风格。

（3）多研究开展教育科研活动，把握基础教育改革的动态，特别是英语学科发展动态，把教学实践经验升华为理论，在学校教改中发挥带头、示范和辐射作用，逐步提高教育科研能力。

（4）细品评学会观察、评价、改进课堂教学的技术和策略，在减负状态下有效提高课堂教学效率，打造优质高效课堂，使学生会学、乐学、好学。

明确英语课程改革的方向，改革教学模式，灵活教学方法，建立新型师生关系，让课堂更加生动活泼，全面、有效提高课堂教学效率。
