分析题干可知，所填部分为一个定语成分，俱乐部与found之间是被动关系，而且动作发生在过去，所以要用过去分词表示“被动和完成”相当于一个被动的定语从句：which was founded。

as引导非限制性定语从句，代表整个主句的内容。
