光稳定剂国内光稳定剂产业发展现状1.产能与消费光稳定剂属于耐候性稳定助剂,旨在通过屏蔽、吸收紫外线或猝灭紫外线激发的激发态分子能量、捕获自由基等方式达到抑制光氧化降解,延长制品寿命之目的。

目前市售的品种主要包括二苯甲酮类、苯并三唑类、三嗪类等紫外线吸收剂,镍盐类激发态猝灭剂和受阻胺类光稳定剂等。

光稳定剂多用于户外制品,农用塑料大棚膜是国内最大的光稳定剂消费市场。

从结构来看,受阻胺光稳定剂的产耗量最大,以622、944为代表的聚合型受阻胺光稳定剂品种已经成为农膜用光稳定剂的支柱产品(表12一表15)。

值得注意的是,以苯并三唑类和二苯甲酮类为代表的紫外线吸收剂产能迅速增加,并已走出国门,出口创汇。

2.技术进展与发展趋势在受阻胺品种开发方面,继第一代低分子量品种GW—540、GW—770和第二代聚合型高分子量品种622、944之后,第三代、第四代复合型和反应型品种783、628研发成功,预示着我国受阻胺光稳定剂正在接近国外先进水平。

在紫外线吸收剂领域,苯井三唑类新品种UV-329(UV—5411)、三嗪类高效紫外线吸收剂UV—425(UV-1164)和全新结构的五色高效紫外线吸收剂UV-419、光稳定剂GW-461l以及应用于工程塑料的新型紫外线吸收剂UV-418开始应市,这无疑极大地丰富了国内光稳定剂市场的品种和结构。

展望未来,光稳定剂的市场前景十分诱人,根据国家轻工总会的发展规划,2005年国内仅农膜行业对光稳定剂的需求量就将达到2 000吨以上,加上其他方面需求,2005年、2010年我国光稳定剂需求量将分别超过2 500吨和5 000吨。

结合国内光稳定剂发展现状和世界光稳定剂的发展趋势,确定今后我国光稳定剂行业的发展方向如下:①加强光稳定剂的基础研究,创新开发具有提高产品光、热稳定耐久性、耐水解及耐油性,降低挥发性、毒性,改善与聚合物的相容性的新结构和新品种,②加大受阻胺光稳定剂中间体的国产化力度,尽快实现具有代表性的重要品种的国产化;③强化应用技术的研究,开发具有专用化、功能化的复合型光稳定剂品种。

本品为聚合型高分子量受阻胺光稳定剂,它是一种齐聚物,具有很好的加工热稳定性和与各种树脂良好的相容性,又由于本品是高分子量化合物,具有很好的耐水抽出性,因此,在加工过程中或使用中,耐水抽出性良好,不易损失。

本品可以有效地防止光、热及气候、水分对高聚物的降解作用。

比一般低分子量受阻胺光稳定剂(HALS)优越很多。

聚合型受阻胺具有更好的耐热性,耐抽出性,更低的挥发性和迁移性。

作为光稳定剂,本品适用于PE、PP、PS、烯烃共聚物、聚酯、软质聚氯乙烯、聚氨酯、聚甲醛和聚酰胺等。

贮运及包装:
光稳定剂622无毒、不易燃、不易爆、不腐蚀、贮存稳定性好,可用于接触食品的塑料。
