股份分配:我们四个团队成员各持20%的股份,指导老师也持20%的股份,我们公司董事会的成员为5人。

场地与设施:我们的公司初期由于拓展范围较为有限,所以公司总部暂时设在校内,这一场地投入成本很低,可以为我们当前的投入工作提供必要的空间,满足我们公司未来二到三年的发展要求。
后期随着公司实力的增强,我们可以将生产能力提高到相当的水平。
如人力资源的加大投入,我们需要找到专门的公司服务点。
所以,这需要筹措大笔资金来租用单独的市场门面,设立三个部门及其分别的工作办公室。
此外,还需招募人员,扩建服务队伍,组建一只富有特色的领导团体。
这样,我们必须积极寻找投资商,拉取必要的赞助,在保证公司固定资产的情况下,进行规模化建设。
风险:我们公司初步实践阶段需要的成本较低,所承担的风险相对较小。
但是由于我们公司成员专业知识面比较有限,管理经验有所欠缺,对市场状况只是粗做分析。
