EXPORT CONTRACT
This Contract (the "Contract") is made and entered into on [insert date] by and between:

The Exporter represents that it is a legal entity organized and existing under the laws of [insert country] and is authorized to sell and export the Goods. The Importer represents that it is a legal entity organized and existing under the laws of [insert country] and is authorized to purchase and import the Goods.
3. Scope of the Contract
3.1 The Exporter agrees to sell and export the Goods to the Importer in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract.
3.2 The Importer agrees to purchase and import the Goods from the Exporter in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract.
4. Payment Terms

5. Delivery Terms
