Health, Safety and Environmental Protection Rules5.1 The Goods must comply with Chinese laws and regulations, as well as relevant agreements and regulations, and have passed the health, safety and environmental inspection;5.2 Seller warrants that the Goods comply with all international, regional and Chinese laws and standards during the manufacturing process and provides the appropriate certificate of conformity.Article VI. Quality Guarantee6.1 The Goods must meet the quality standards agreed upon in this contract and the warranty provided by the Seller in the product description.6.2 For any losses caused by quality problems, Seller shall bear all losses, including reasonable attorney fees, litigation fees and other reasonable expenses.Article VII. Confidentiality8.1 This contract is a commercial secret between Buyer and Seller.8.2 Without the consent of the Buyer, Seller may not disclose any terms of this contract to any third party.Article IX. Breach and Dispute Resolution9.1 If the Buyer fails to pay the Price of the Goods according to the terms and conditions of this contract, it shall pay a penalty, and Seller has the right to refuse to deliver the Goods until the penalty is paid.9.2 If Seller fails to deliver the Goods according to the terms and conditions of this contract, it shall pay a penalty.9.3 The performance of this contract shall be governed by Chinese law. Any disputes arising from this contract shall be submitted to the Beijing Arbitration Commission and resolved in accordance with its arbitration rules.Article X.
