爱花、惜花、懂花,做一个好园丁在看完专家的视频讲解之后我看了一下班级简报,里面是一位省专家梁承锋老师针对“如何来转化后进生”这一问题的回答,这位专家有一句话一直萦绕在我的耳边----我们只需要提供一个良好的环境,因为在有适合的温度、光线和水分的环境里,花草会自然生长,弱草也会自然转好,这不是园丁的事情,是花草自己的事情。

是啊,只要我们教师别出心裁的设计,能够使所有学生感到新奇独特,激活他们的求知欲,问题不就迎刃而解了吗?下面就是我以my new neighbour为模本设计的一篇符合中下水平学生的活动过程。

教学过程:Step 1:激情导入: Do a game named 《looking at friends》(设计意图:爱玩是孩子的天性,通过这些游戏,首先让这些中下水平学生放下学英语的包袱,提高兴趣,因为兴趣爱好既能放松身心,还能使学习效率提高。

在这过程中也许还能提高人的际交往能力,因为中下水平的学生很多是有自卑心理的,通过这个活动让他们提升自信,让他们踏出成功的第一步。

)Step 2:让学生听完听力,然后自己快速阅读一遍,并模仿语音,语调,以小组的形式简单回答下面的问题:1 : When did the girl move to Lucy’s next door?2 : How did the girl feel at first?3: Did they become good friends?(设计意图:这是本文学习的一个重要环节,这几个问题很简单,水平优秀的学生们完全可以探讨也可以说教会中下水平的学生,让他们感到这篇课文并不难,提高了学习自信心并体现成就感,,也是充分发挥学生自主学习的机会,体现了小组合作的意识。

)Step 3 以小组合作的形式找出知识点,然后教师加以补充、完善。

(设计意图:对中下水平的学生来说,他们是有能力掌握重点知识点的,而且对他们来说这也是是必不可少的,因为这是他们不断提高英语的根本)Step 4 Pair work ,通过同桌合作,复述文章大意。

在英语的学习过程中,听、说、读、写缺一不可,其中听与读就是输入的过程,说与写就是输出的过程。

作为教师,我们是教学的主导,在教学过程中,我们一定要以学生为中心,最大限度的调动学生的积极性,叫学生做学习的主人,鼓励大家都积极参与其中,这样才能使课上学生学起来轻松。

我们应该给学生创造具体的语言环境,提起孩子们的兴趣,激发孩子们读的欲望,使孩子们乐于读,乐于写.相信这样的课堂才是精彩纷呈的课堂,是孩子们乐于融入其中的课堂。

My New Neighbor读写教学设计教学目标:能力目标:1.阅读My new neighbor,并能正确回答相关问题2.要求学生使用一般过去时,把你如何交新朋友并且如何相处的情形写下来。

3、情感目标:分享生活中和邻居或朋友相处的经历,让学生学会结交新朋友,珍惜友谊。

学习策略目标:(1)学习利用文章中的主题句快速理解文章大意;(2)根据图片、上下文猜测、理解语篇中的词语和句子;学法指导教会学生使用skimming 和scanning的阅读方法,提高阅读速度,学会从文章中查找问题答案,以及如何有效进行小组合作学习,如何进行调查等。

教学评估\反思
这是Module 4的第一课时。由于这节课没有明显新重点句型,所以我觉得本节课的重点在于课文呈现上。在呈现新课文时,既要做到吸引学生的注意力,又要不能与我们的新课文脱节,要做到这一点并不是一件容易的事情。最后,我是运用了老师自身的经历,通过说我的妈妈得到新工作然后我们搬家的事情,到引进课文的学习。
2.能理解课文内容并能流利朗读课文,有能力的同学可以尝试背诵和表演课文

这节课,我把另外的一个重点放在锻炼学生的听力能力上。大家都知道要学好一种语言,首先是听,然后才到说,接着到读,最后才是写。要把这四个方面(听、说、读、写)渗透到平时的教学里去,不能把他们脱节开来教,这点对于学英语是很重要的。对于缺少英语语言环境的大多数中国小学生来说,听,是他们获取英语知识和纯正优美的语音语调的唯一途径。也只有具备了一定的听力,才能听清、听懂别人说的英语,才能使学生有信心去说,与别人用英语进行交际,才能保证英语课堂教学的顺利进行。因此,在整个小学英语教学阶段,我们每节课都要尽可能地为学生创造良好的语言环境,让学生在充足的“听”的语言量中学习英语(所以,本人也是很推崇全英教学的)。在每一次听的过程当中,给定学生任务,比如第一遍去感知,第二遍带着问题去听等等。
接下来就是读,在学生跟读一遍以后,给时间让他们自己读,自己去消化,把觉得难上口的句子划出来,然后再由老师来教。如Why don’t you···?这个句子。
由于经验不足,在很多细节方面处理的不够好,也希望老师能多多指正。
