——单个可设定时间
——不浮动的控制输入
——可用于产生连续的方波
结构:
1、电源电压和可以设置的定时指示灯
2、继电器输出指示灯
3、定时常数电位计
4、定时范围电位计
5、功能选择开关
6、固定卡脚
注意:务必在断路电源的前提下进行功能设置
功能描述:
1、模块通电后能够输出连续的脉宽为t初始状态为1的方波
说明:
①模块刚通电继电器触点吸合,定时t长度启动、定时指示灯闪烁。

②定时t长度结束继电器触点松开,再次启动定时t长度、定时t指示灯闪烁。

③定时t长度结束继电器触点吸合,再次启动定时t长度、定时t指示灯闪烁并进
入下一个循环。

④同②。

⑤同③。

⑥断路电源,模块停止工作。

设置步骤:
1)设定功能电位计
将功能电位计拨到Bi档。

2)设定t的定时范围电位计
根据要设定的定时时间选择t的定时范围,并调节t定时范围电位计到相
应的档位,依据示例要吸合和松开的时间为5s,定时范围电位计应当选择
10s档。

3)设定t的定时常数电位计
根据公式:(定时值-定时范围下限)/(定时范围上限-定时范围下限)
=(5s-0.5s)/(10s-0.5s)=47%
所以调节t的定时常数电位计到47%。

2、模块通电后能够输出连续的脉宽为t初始状态为0的方波
说明:
①模块刚通电,定时t长度启动、定时指示灯闪烁。

②定时t长度结束继电器触点吸合,再次启动定时t长度、定时t指示灯闪烁。

③定时t长度结束继电器触点松开,再次启动定时t长度、定时t指示灯闪烁并进
入下一个循环。

④同②。

⑥断路电源,模块停止工作
1)设定功能电位计
将功能电位计拨到Bp档
2)其他设置步骤见第功能1的2)~3)步。

3、延时特定时间后继电器触点吸合
说明:
①模块刚通电,定时t长度启动、定时指示灯闪烁。

②定时t长度结束继电器触点吸合。

③断路电源,模块停止工作。

④同①。

⑤如电源持续时间小于定时长度t,则已计时长度删除。

设置步骤:
1)设定功能电位计
将功能电位计拨到E档
2)其他设置步骤见第功能1的2)~3)步。

4、控制口短路控制+延时特定时间后继电器触点吸合
说明:
①模块通电后,当端子A1-B1短路后定时t长度启动、定时指示灯闪烁。

②定时t长度结束继电器触点吸合。

③当端子A1-B1断路后,继电器触点松开。

④当端子A1-B1短路后定时t长度启动、定时指示灯闪烁。

⑤如电源持续时间小于定时长度t,则已计时长度删除。

设置步骤:
1)设定功能电位计
将功能电位计拨到Es档
2)其他设置步骤见第功能1的2)~3)步。

5、控制口短路继电器触点吸合+控制口断路延时定时长度t后继电器触点松开
说明:
①模块通电后,当端子A1-B1短路后继电器触点吸合。

②当端子A1-B1断路后,定时t长度启动、定时指示灯闪烁。

③定时t长度结束后继电器触点松开。

④同①。

⑤同②。

⑥如果端子A1-B1在定时长度t的定时周期内又短路则继电器触点保持吸合状态。

设置步骤:
1)设定功能电位计
将功能电位计拨到R档
2)其他设置步骤见第功能1的2)~3)步。

6、通电后继电器触点吸合+延时特定时间后继电器触点松开
说明:
①模块通电后继电器触点吸合,定时t长度启动、定时指示灯闪烁。

②定时t长度结束后继电器触点松开。

③电源断路后模块停止工作。

④同①。

⑤电源断路后,继电器触点松开、模块停止工作。

设置步骤:
1)设定功能电位计
将功能电位计拨到Wu档
2)其他设置步骤见第功能1的2)~3)步。

7、控制口短路继电器触点吸合+延时特定时间后继电器触点松开
说明:
①模块通电后,当端子A1-B1短路后继电器触点吸合,定时t长度启动、定时指
示灯闪烁。

②定时t长度结束后继电器触点松开。

③同①。

④定时t长度结束后继电器触点松开。

在定时长度t的定时周期内端子A1-B1状
态不影响模块工作状态。

设置步骤:
1)设定功能电位计
将功能电位计拨到Ws档
2)其他设置步骤见第功能1的2)~3)步。

8、控制口由短路到断路时继电器触点吸合+延时特定时间后继电器触点松开
说明
①模块通电后,当端子A1-B1由短路。

②当端子A1-B1由短路变为断路时,定时t长度启动、定时指示灯闪烁。

③定时t长度结束后继电器触点松开。

④同①。

⑤同②
⑥定时t长度结束后继电器触点松开。

在定时长度t的定时周期内端子A1-B1的
状态不影响工作状态。

设置步骤:
1)设定功能电位计
将功能电位计拨到Wa档
2)其他设置步骤见第功能1的2)~3)步。
