面试都是英文的，所以口语也不能太差。
当然也有人要求说中文老师也默许了，因为面试归根结底考察的是你的想法和为人，并不是一个英语口语能力的测试。
我也从没听说过要在面试时朗读文章，所以别担心。
提问主要围绕你提交的材料展开，主要还是考察你个人的综合能力和过去经历的真实性。

新加坡政府中小学校群介绍新加坡校群制度始创于1997年。
新加坡全国有350多所中、小学和初级学院，都由教育部院校督导司管辖。
新加坡院校督导司（SchoolsDeivision）由5个分支和一个中心构成，它们是院校东部分支，南部分支，西部分支，北部分支（Schools Branch East，South，West and North），院校评估分支（School Apparisal Branch），院校系统管理中心（SchoolCockpit Administration Centre）。
其中东南西北四个分支的主要职能是引导和监督其所负责区域的小学，中学和初级学院的运作和发展。
每个分支也各划分为7个校群（School Clusters）。
目前全国共有28个校群，每个校群由12到15所学校组成，多数的校群都包括了不同类型的学校(小学、中学、初级学院)。
校群的作用：1促进新加坡学校教育的均衡发展把几所位置靠近的学校组成一个学校群组，有助提高邻里学校的水准。

可是不能无限制的扩大这些好学校的收生人数。
