仪表选型方案

仪表选型方案仪表控制系统成套供货要求?1、供方对设备本体保护及控制装置负有配合的责任,供方供货范围内的检测仪表、控制设备和被控设备可控性满足自动化投入率10%的要求。
2、供方提供完整的资料,并以书面形式详细说明对测量、控制、联锁、保护等方面的要求,提供详细的运行参数,报警值及保护动作值。
?3、供方提供的仪控设备、控制系统及安装附件等都要详细说明其规格、型号、安装地点、接口尺寸、连接方式、插入深度、用途及制造厂家等信息,特殊检测装置提供安装使用说明书。
?4、在确定设备及材料的类型及尺寸时,应将环境条件及工艺条件的影响考虑在内,例如温度、压力、湿度、振动、气蚀、腐蚀、障碍物、空气杂质和腐蚀性药品。
在必要的地方应采取冷却或加热等措施。
?5、现场仪表、变送器等应保持连续运行,除非特殊要求,环境温度在-25~65℃范围内变化时,测量仪表应保持它的精度等级。
6、如果环境不要求更高的防护,对现场仪表通常采用的防护等级一般为IP65(IEC529)。
如果会接触易爆炸气体,设备或控制回路必须满足所在危险区域的防爆要求。
?7、所有的仪表、组件、变送器、转换器等都应有表示位号和用途的铭牌,仪表位号编制在开工会上确定。
?8、所有的就地仪表、变送器在运输前应在工厂内进行标定(在量程范围内,最少五点),提供每台仪表的标定校核记录。
?9、所有仪表设备必须带产品检验合格证书、产品使用说明书(进口产品必须带中文说明书、产地证明等证件)。
在单体设备包装上注明其用途及主要参数,如量程等。
流量检测装置必须带机加工图纸、计算书等资料。
?10、供方将其提供的仪表及控制设备连到供方提供的接线盒/箱或现场控制盘上,所有模拟接口信号是4~20mA标准信号(热电偶及热电阻除外),开关量仪表输出触点为无源接点,容量为20VAC 3A/20VDC1A。
?1、控制盘柜的要求:?(1)配供的控制盘、柜为安装在它们内部或上面的设备提供环境保护。
控制柜的防护等级满足环境要求,放置在控制室及电子设备间的设备将为IP32,其它为IP54。

因 FEL 电磁流量计具备 1500:1 高范围度,通常选
在流速太小而又要求高精度计量的,可选小于工艺
择仪表口径与工艺管道相同。
管道径径的传感器,使流速变大,保证较高精度。
若被测介质含固体颗粒,推荐的流速范围为 1-3m/ 上述 2、3、4 项情况,流量计上、下游须装异径管。

1.0概述1.1CI-1580简介CI-1580是我公司最新设计和制造的本质安全型防爆仪表(本技术手册简称CI-1580仪表),它能满足苛刻环境下的称重要求。
CI-1580仪表经中华人民共和国国家级仪器仪表防爆安全监督检验站防爆认可。
产品符合国家标准GB3836.1-2000《防爆性环境用防爆电气设备用要求》及GB3836.4-2000《防爆性环境用电气设备本质安全型电路和电气设备“i”的要求》。
防爆等级标志为:ibIICT5.CI-1580仪表只能使用经中华人民共和国国家防爆认可的模拟应变片式称重传感器。
CI-1580仪表可应用于本质安全型防爆台称、地上衡等。
