The first stage is a centrifugal impeller while the second stage is a positive displacement lobe pump. This first stage impeller provides an effective centrifugal “boost” to the suction capability of the lobe stage, resisting cavitation and allowing delivery of high pumping volumeeven when pumping fluids with high vapor pressure.1 – M aximum fluid temperature is dependent on the application and fluid characteristics2 – M aximum speed is dependent on the application, fluid characteristics, discharge pressure, and motor (frequency specifications are the electrical frequency of the motor)3 – F luid viscosity over 400 cSt may require reduced operational speeds to stay within motor current ratingsOperating SpecificationsBenefits• S elf-priming – The FTS-300 is based on a positive displacement design. It will self-prime and resist vapor lock.• R eversible – The FTS-300 may be operated bi-directionally, but only benefits from the centrifugal boost in the “forward” flow direction.• D ry run capable – The FTS-300 is designed with dry run capability in mind. The pumping elements and material choices allow for continuous dry run between wetted pumping cycles.• P umping fluids – The FTS-300 can be used to pump fluids such as jet fuels, diesel, gasoline, water, coolant, lubricant oils, hydraulic oils, crude oil, and other similar fluids. 确保液体处于规定的温度和压力范围之内。
安装时,不得用手抓握叉股或敲击叉股,以免叉体受力变形,甚至损坏内部压电晶体。
安装时,不允许仰装方式,即叉端向上方式。
水平安装时,两个叉股必须处于同一高度,不能一上一下。
仪表安装位置,必须尽量避免物料的直接冲击或飞溅。如无法避免,可以在仪表安装 上方,安装防护罩,防止物料冲击叉体。
7.5 报警延时设定
本功能只在开关量输出(参数 out=0)时有效,频率输出(out=1)时无效。

It can adapt toyour operation and provides easy, effective alley cleaning.A GEA-exclusive solution, the Fit R-300 drive unit is for barn alleys upto 300 feet long and where sand bedding is not used.The Fit R-300 was developed to provide a compact drive unit that can fitin various locations around the barn. A cost-effective, cow-friendly manuremanagement solution, it is suitable for new facilities or retrofit installationslooking to upgrade to an automated freestall cleaning system. The Fit R-300 isa cable/rope drive unit that offers excellent performance,longevity and is easy to monitor and maintain.• Because it is compact with drive unit wheels that can be configuredas desired – in-line, 90° corner (left or right) or 360° – the Fit R-300 can beinstalled in more places in the barn for optimal floor space use and moreefficient traffic patterns.• The close-coupled, dual-motor design (0.75 HP each) allows for an auto-tensioning feature on the Combi-rope to ensure hassle-free operation andlong-term reliability.• The drive unit’s Combi-rope offers all the advantagesof both steel cable and nylon rope in one.• All current scraper models and accessories can be used withthe Fit R-300 drive unit. Control panel options are similar to otheralley cleaning systems. The programming and user interfaceare the same across the IVRpro and IVRpro Max@ccess.The Fit R-300 auto-tensioning feature reducesmaintenance time.The rocking motion of the Fit R-300 acts as an automatic cable tensioning. The drive unit maintains a balance between the tension exerted on the Combi-rope and the pulling force required to move the scraper circuit. When both pulleys are rotating clockwise the pulling force is applied on the right pulley. When the Combi-rope on the left-side has slack, the left pulley lifts up rocking the frame to maintain proper tension in the Combi-rope. This also applies to the right pulley when rotating counter clockwise.• The moving frame of the Fit R-300 drive unit has a total stroke of 26 inches (660 mm), which allows for a cable/rope extension of approximately 52 inches (1321 mm).The auto-tensioning feature of the Fit R-300 saves maintenance time while maintaining proper cable tension.The Combi-rope has the advantages of both steel cable and nylon rope in one.Made of an inner braided stainless steel core with smaller cables interwoven within a nylon sleeve, the Combi-rope is more durable and more comfortable for the cows.• The outer nylon sleeve is soft and cow-friendly.• The stainless steel inner cable of the Combi-rope has less stretch and is resistant to bending, which is key to ensuring proper operation within the Fit R-300 pulley system.• The Combi-rope is required for the portion of the circuit that runs through the drive unit. Its maximum length is 325 feet (100 m).
