2.3consequences of Inaccuracy in Representations if any of the above representations and warranties ofa Party are not accurate in all material respects on the date hereof, then such Party shall be in breach of this Contract.如果在本合同签订日，一方的上述陈述和担保的任何一项与实际情况有实质性不符，则构成该方违约。
