在合同期满的次日开始自动延长1年，以后也是如此。
第７条（任意解除）第7条（随意解除）
甲及び乙は、３ヵ月前の書面による予告を相手方になすことにより、本契約を解除することができる。
甲乙双方，若有一方在3月前以书面形式告知对方，则解除本合同
第８条（契約違反による解除）第8条（因违反合同而解除）
乙が本契約の条項の一に違反したときは、甲は乙に対して何ら事前の催告なく、本契約を直ちに解除できるものとする。
乙方如果违反本合同的任何一项条款，甲方有权在没有任何事先通知的情况下，直接解除本合同。
第９条（乙の事由による解除）第9条（因乙方的事由而解除合同）
乙において次の各号の一に係る事由が生じたときは、甲は乙に対して何ら事前の通知なく、本契約を直ちに解除できるものとする。
（１）乙が甲に対して代金の支払を滞納し、または甲の業務上の指示に従わなかったとき
（２）乙が手形、小切手の不渡をだしたとき
（３）乙が税金滞納処分を受けたとき
（４）他から破産の申請がなされたとき
（５）その他本契約に基づく甲と乙との信頼関係が損われたとき
乙方若有产生以下事由时，甲方有权在没有任何事先通知的情况下，直接解除本合同。
（1）乙方拖欠支付款，或者没有遵从甲方业务上的指示
（2）乙方拒付票据或支票时
（3）乙方受到税收滞纳的处分时
（4）提出破产申请时
（5）在本合同的基础上，甲乙双方信誉受损时
第１０条（不可抗力）第10条（人力不可抗拒因素）
天災地変等の事由により、甲から乙への商品引渡しに支障が生じた場合には、甲は乙に対して何ら損害賠償の責に任ずることはない。
因为自然灾害等自然因素，出现商品交货状况时，甲方无需承担任何的赔偿责任
第１１条（連帯保証人）第11条（连带责任人）
乙は甲から要請があったときは、甲の認める連帯保証人を立て、かかる連帯保証人に、甲に対する乙の債務を乙と連帯して保証させるものとする。
乙方接受甲方请求时，甲方承认的连带责任人以及相关的连带责任人，和乙方一起对乙方的债务承担连带责任。
第１２条（規定外条項）第12条（其他事项）
本契約に定めのない事項が生じたとき、又は、本契約各条項の解釈につき疑義が生じたときは、甲乙各誠意をもって協議し、これを解決する。
产生本合同未规定的事项，或者对本合同有任何异议时，甲乙双方秉着真诚的态度共同协商解决、
以上、本契約の成立を証するため、甲乙各１通を保有する
以上，为保证本合同生效，甲乙双方各持一份
