Ordering and Delivery1. Party A issues written production orders to Party B according to actual needs.2. The place of delivery is the warehouse designated by Party A.四、委托加工产品的验收1、甲方派员在乙方工厂对委托加工产品进行初步验收。
2、客户对产品所提异议，乙方应协助甲方进行处理:若产品经判定为不符本合同双方约定质量标准，其责任由乙方负责。
3、乙方所交付委托加工产品的质量责任期限，应以该产品自甲方出卖给第三方之日起算3年。
出卖之日以甲方开具发票之日为准。
Acceptance of Entrusted Processing Products1. Party A shall send staff to Party B's factory to conduct preliminary acceptance of the entrusted processing products.2. Party B shall assist Party A in handling customer objections to the products. If the products are determined not to meet the quality standards agreed by both parties to this contract, Party B shall be responsible.3. The quality responsibility period for the entrusted processing products delivered by Party B shall be 3 years from the date when Party A sells the products to a third party. The date of sale shall be subject to the date when Party A issues the invoice.五、付款方式和期限1、付款方式: 电汇2、付款条件收货验收合格后全额支付，付款期限:月结30天3、若为人民币结算，为了保证甲方验收记帐和按时付款，乙方在送货同时或后7个工作日天内，须向甲方提供发票，否则甲方可将付款日期顺延一个月，并不因此承担逾期付款责任。

3、双方应对委托加工过程中的相关文件、资料、以及专有技术、商业秘密等做好保密工作，不得泄露给任何第三方。
Protection of Intellectual Property Rights1. Party B shall use the registered trademark "Rfree" on its entrusted processing products and packaging within the scope authorized by Party A, and shall not use Party A's brand and trademark without authorization.2. Without Party A's special permission, Party B shall not distribute Party A's entrusted processing products to any third party or the market in any form.3. Both parties shall keep confidential the relevant documents, materials, proprietary technologies, trade secrets and other information involved in the entrusted processing, and shall not disclose them to any third party.八、环境、职业健康和安全1、乙方承担本合同履行过程中健康、安全生产及环境保护的全部责任。
2、乙方提供的产品必须满足国家和行业现行的关于安全、健康和环保的标准、规范及合同中有关要求。
