1 总则

1.0.l本技术规范书适用于印度IL&FS Cuddalore烟气脱硫工程安全滑触线。它提出了安全滑触线的功能设计、结构、性能、安装和试验等方面的技术要求。

1.0.2本技术规范书提出的是最低限度的技术要求，并未对一切技术细节作出规定，也未充分引述有关标准和规范的条文，供方应提供符合工业标准和本规范书的优质产品。

1.0.3如果供方没有以书面形式对本规范书的条文提出异议，则意味着供方提供的材料（或系统）完全符合本规范书的要求。如有异议，不管是多么微小，都应在投标书中以“对规范书的意见和同规范书的差异”为标题的专门章节中加以详细描述。

1.0.4本技术规范书所使用的标准如遇与供方所执行的标准不一致时，按较高标准执行。

1.0.5本技术规范书经供、需双方确认后作为订货合同的技术附件，与合同正文具有同等的法律效力。

1.0.6本技术规范书未尽事宜，由供需双方协商确定。

2.2 环境条件

2.2.1工程概况

Nearest Harbour : Cuddalore port (minor port)

The proposed power plant will be located at Cuddalore in Tamil Nadu. The proposed power plant site is located at about 25km South of Cuddalore and about 5 km north of Porto Novo. The Land proposed falls in

villages Kottattai, Ariyaghoshti Villiayannalur and Silambimangalam and bounded by Parangipettai on the south side. The proposed marine facilities for the power plant will be built on the coast adjoining the power plant. The site is accessible by well developed roads. Railway lines are also located adjacent to the western side of site boundary.

The town of Cuddalore has all infrastructural facilities and has number of Industries. Cuddalore is well connected by both state highways, National highways and has direct rail link with Chennai. National Highway NH-45A (Villupuram-Puducherry-Cuddalore-Chidambaram-Nagapattinam Highway) passes through Cuddalore. Three state highways connect Cuddalore with other parts of Tamil Nadu are SH-9, SH-10 and SH-68.

2.2.2.1.1 Soil Profile

A Preliminary geotechnical investigation is furnished as Part-III of this Tender Document.

The Detailed geotechnical Investigation and Setting out survey may be performed by the contractor, if required, for the detailed engineering for the project. The geotechnical report will contain recommendations for foundation design during detailed engineering.

2.2.2.1.3 Tide Levels

The recorded tide levels with respect to the Chart Datum (CD) near the identified intake point are as follows:

Mean high water-Spring : CD + 1.1 m

Mean high Water-Neap : CD + 0.9 m

Mean low Water-Neap : CD + 0.6 m
