With deep respect for the development l aw of higher education and the CPC’s education policy, SCU endeavors for harmonious development with coordinated balance of scale, quality and efficiency. Teaching is made core to ensure quality education. Therefore, SCU takes pride in fostering students’ strong application skills and all-round development in morality, intelligence, physical constitution and aesthetics. Fostering integrity reflects the university's mission and responsibilities; focusing on practical professional skills has become a trademark of SCU. SCU values moral education for good moral character and conduct above professional education, and takes it as fundamental mission and guideline.
