(二)说的训练指导 说的训练是高一阶段的训练重点之一,也是培养一个 人与人交往能力的重要形式。 1、要敢于张口,大胆地练说。虽不如《疯狂英语》那 样疯狂,也要把说英语像说汉语一样自如作为自己的追求。 2、多与同学交流,抓住课上机会练习说英语。利用课 余时间,寻找机会,创造机会说英语。组成小组,参加英 语角等。重复句、造句子、背诵、复述课文都是训练说的 能力的好方法,只有简单的做到了,再难的任务也就不难 了。
(三)读的指导 1、阅读能力是一切能力之本,也是高考要求的重中之重。 在有了一定的听、说能力之后,培养阅读能力也是高一阶 段的重要步骤。 2、阅读数量标准。每天应坚持30分钟,300—500字的阅 读。可集中时间读,也可利用零散时间读。 3、精读、泛读相结合。精读是指认真处理生词、难句, 对句子成份认真分析等,既学语言又学语法。泛读则是指 重视了解文章大意,可采取略读、跳读等方法。不论是精 读还是泛读都切忌边读边查字典,这样会打断阅读的整体 思路不利于语言能力的提高。

HIV is a virus that enters a person’s blood and attacks the body’s immune system, so the immune system is weakened, and then it gradually loses the ability to fight illnesses. Eventually the body’s immune system becomes so weak that the person becomes sick very easily.
