多串口卡由标准的PCI总线接口实现数据交换,为PC 增加多个工业标准的串行COM端口。

各个型号的PCI-16xx系列工业多串口卡提供有2~4个RS-232/422/485通讯端口,通讯速率可以高达921.64Kbps。

同一PC最多可安装8块同一型号的PCI-16xx工业多串口卡。

多串口卡采用工业级设计,每一个通讯端口都集成防浪涌30KV ESD保护,保护设备在出现突波和浪涌时不被破坏;集成用户可选的高速电气隔离保护,隔离耐压DC 2500V,保护PC免受持续危险电压的损坏,并杜绝大地环流的产生。

YAV RTD8串口八通道温度采集卡技术手册V1801武汉亚为电子科技有限公司采用9~24V供电,包含8路信号采集。

YAV RTD8温度模拟量采集模块可以采集8路PT100信号,支持PT100(PT1000)温度传感器的三线接法,采用对称驱动方式设计,可以完全消除铂电阻导线电阻对温度测量的影响。

在模块内部完成对温度计算,通过通讯接口直接读出温度值,单位为摄氏度。

模块采用16位AD设计,测温范围大,精度高,测温范围-40℃~220℃,精度为0.1℃。

模拟量采集部分可以实现对各种模拟量信号的测量,模块预留2种通讯接口(232和485)供客户选择。

模块采用标准modbusRTU协议,可以直接与PLC、DCS和组态王软件通讯。

采集卡上预留多种通信接口,只可用其中一种,以实际选购确定的某一种为准。

部分操作系统加载dll 时出错,需msvcr100d.dll 、msvcr120d.dll 配合使用,直接放ADIO86.dll 同文件夹下即可,如果是64位开发平台(注意:64位操作系统如果用的是32位开发平台,依然需要使用ADIO86版本),可ADIO64.dll 改名为ADIO86.dll ,替换并重启软件。

B | Page 7 of 12ADM101E Data Sheet GENERAL DESCRIPTIONThe ADM101E is an RS-232 compatible line driver/receiver inthe Analog Devices Craft Port series, containing one driver(transmitter) and one receiver. It is ideal for serial communicationin small portable devices such as mobile telephones, palmtoppersonal computers and personal digital assistants, where a full,RS-232 serial interface is not required, and only Tx and Rx linesare required for low speed communication between devices.The ADM101E operates from a single, 5 V supply, and generatesits own, on-chip, −5 V power supply, thus removing the needfor a negative power supply for the driver.Rev. B | Page 8 of 12Data SheetADM101ECIRCUIT DESCRIPTIONThe internal circuitry consists of three main sections. These are:1. A charge pump dc-to-dc converter.2. 5 V logic to EIA-232 driver.3.EIA-232 to 5 V logic receiver.CHARGE PUMP DC-DC CONVERTERThe dc-dc converter generates a negative supply voltage from the 5 V supply, thus removing the need for a separate −5 V rail. It consists of an on-chip 200 kHz oscillator, switching matrix and two external capacitors, as shown in Figure 9.Figure 9. Charge Pump DC–DC ConverterWhen S1 and S2 are closed, S3 and S4 are open, and C1 charges to +V CC. S1 and S2 are then opened, while S3 and S4 are closed to connect C1 across C2, dumping charge into C2. Since the positive terminal of C2 is at ground, a negative voltage will be built up on its negative terminal with each cycle of the oscilla-tor. This voltage depends on the current drawn from C2. If the current is small, the voltage will be close to −V CC, but will fall as the current drawn increases. CHARGE PUMP CAPACITORS AND SUPPLY DECOUPLINGFor proper operation of the charge pump, the capacitors should have an equivalent series resistance (ESR) less than 1 Ω. As the charge pump draws current pulses from V CC, the V CC decoupling capacitor should also have low ESR. The V CC decoupling capacitor and V– reservoir capacitor should also have low ESR because they determine how effectively ESD pulses are clamped to V CC or V− by the on-chip clamp diodes. Tantalum or monolithic ceramic capacitors are suitable for these components. If using tantalum capacitors, do not forget to observe polarity.TRANSMITTER (DRIVER) SECTIONThe driver converts 5 V logic input levels into RS-232 compatible output levels. With V CC = 5 V and driving an EIA-232 load, the output voltage swing is typically ±4.2 V.RECEIVER SECTIONThe receivers are inverting level-shifters that accept EIA-232 input levels and translate them into 5 V logic output levels. The inputs have internal 5 kΩ pull-down resistors to ground and are also protected against overvoltages of up to ±25 V. The guaranteed switching thresholds are 0.8 V minimum and 2.8 V maximum. An unconnected receiver input is pulled to 0 V by the internal 5 kΩ pull-down resistor. This, therefore, results in a Logic 1 output level for unconnected inputs or for inputs connected to GND. The receivers have Schmitt trigger input with a hysteresis level of 0.25 V. This ensures error-free reception for both noisy inputs and for inputs with slow transition times.Rev. B | Page 9 of 12ADM101E Data Sheet SHUTDOWN INPUTThe shutdown input allows the ADM101E to be put into anultralow power mode where the dc-dc converter is switched offand the transmitter is disabled. The receiver remains activeduring shutdown. Logic 0 at this input enables the ADM101E,while a Logic 1 at this input shuts down the ADM101E.Rev. 它包含一路RS232接口,2路RS485和2路RS422通信接口。

配合开发板实现RS232、485和422的数据远程传输和通信。

RS232、485和422接口分别采用MAX3232、MAX3485和MAX3490芯片作为电平转换芯片。

模块留有一个40针的排母用于连接开发板,RS232接口为一个标准的DB9串口公座,通过串口线直接连接电脑或者其他设备;RS485和RS422接口采用接线端子跟外部连接,超远距离传输可达上千米,另外RS485和RS422接口部分带有正负15KV的ESD 防护功能。
