不同充电桩的充电操作指南
不同充电桩的充电操作指南特来电充电桩1、将“特来电”充电桩上的快速充电枪取下来。
注意：在取枪的时候，需要向下按压位于枪把外部的金属片。
2、将快速充电枪以向下压的角度，按压住枪把上部的金属片，插入车辆的快速充电口。
3、打开“特来电”APP，点击中间扫码标识进入扫码界面。
特来电二维码一般在充电桩正面，编号和名称一应俱全，若手机因自身原因不可扫码，也可直接输入编号。
4、扫码成功后，会出现终端详情，功率、电压、电价详情、支付方式等。
随后点击下方启动充电，即可开始充电。
5、需要结束充电时，在手机上点击“停止充电”并结算支付，即可结束充电。
6、结束充电之后，我们需将充电枪拔出，放回原处。
我们同样需要按住抢把手上方的金属片。
注意：在拔出充电枪之后，不要忘记将车身上面的两个保护盖回归原位。
星星充电桩1、用拇指按住充电枪把手上的按钮，然后沿水平方向向后拔出充电枪。
2、将充电枪枪头对准车辆充电口，以略向下压的角度插入充电接口，直至充电枪卡住，把手上的按钮自动弹起。
3、从手机上打开“星星充电”APP，然后选择扫码充电，并将电桩的二维码置于“识别框”内。
4、扫码成功后，需要选择支付账户(若账户余额不足的话可以随时充值)，确定后，电桩将会启动充电。
5、当需要停止充电时，可在APP上选择“停止”并进行确认，随后系统将自行结算，并将结算结果信息显示在APP上。
6、完成充电后，需要将充电枪取下并放回原处，按住充电枪把手上的按钮，然后向后拔出充电枪。
9、以略向上扬的角度插入充电枪右侧枪槽，直至充电枪卡止再松手，避免充电枪滑落误伤自己。
注意：在拔出充电枪之后，不要忘记将车身上面的两个保护盖回归原位。
国家电网充电桩1、将“国家电网”的快速充电枪从充电桩中取出来。
注意：在取枪时，我们要记得向下按压充电枪上面的按钮。
2、将快速充电枪枪头对准插孔，按住枪头上的按钮将其插入车辆快速充电口即可。
3、都连接好，将国家电网的专用充电卡插入充电桩。

LED IndicatorThe LED indicator is a vertical light bar on the front cover of the EV charger indicating the status of the EV charger by lighting up in distinct colors and accompanying patterns as shown below.Figure 4. How to start and stop chargingHow to start a charging session:•Check that the EV charger is ready for use. Please refer to Section 5. • Connect the cable of the EV charger to the appropriate socket of the car or use the cable of the EV owner to connect to the socket of the EV charger. To remove the connector from its holder, pull it first vertically and then horizontally. See Figure 4.•While the vehicle is charging, the LED indicator progresses blue. •When the battery is fully charged, the LED indicator is solid blue. • Please refer to the Section 5 for more information.How to stop a charging session:• Unplug the connector from the vehicle and/or the EV charger. Usually, the connector must first be released from inside the vehicle (please refer to the instruction manual of your vehicle for more information).Figure 5. Changing the output powerThe output power reconfiguration should be done only after validation by professional and qualified personnel.By changing the limit of the output power, you can optimize the use of power in your home and avoid overload risks.8. T he Eaton Green Motion Charger controller applicationDownload the Eaton Green Motion Charger controller application using the QR code shown in Figure 5.• DO NOT choose an output power higher than the available power supply.•Refer to the installation manual of the Green Motion Home EV charger to use the internal DIP Switch to limit the output power.Figure 6. After pairing with the EV charger, the application enables functions such as:-Starting a charging session -Stopping a charging session - Monitoring energy consumption during the charging sessionFor more information on how to use the Eaton Green Motion Charger controller application, please consult the in-app documentation or /greenmotionhome .9. MaintenanceInstallation, commissioning, maintenance and retrofitting of the EV charger must be performed byprofessional and qualified personnel who are responsible for complying with existing standards and localinstallation regulations.Before making any changes or alterations to the EV charger, make sure that the external AC line main switchis disconnected, and that circuit breakers are open.Any operation requiring the opening of the housing of the EV charger can lead to electric shock hazards.The opening of the EV charger as well as any configuration changes must be carried out by professional andqualified personnel in accordance with the local safety and electrical regulations and laws.9.1 Software updatesIt is mandatory to install and maintain units with the latest system update to enable new features andbug fixes. Failure to do so will result in warranty conditions being void.For chargers in online mode (connected to Internet), EV charger will update automatically when anupdate is available.For chargers in offline mode (not connected to Internet), mobile application will notify on availabilityand process to update.EV charger will not perform an upgrade while an active charge session is in progress.EV charger will be unavailable for charging while downloading the upgrade package and upgradingthe system.Please contact Eaton technical support representative for any queries using email address:***********************.9.2 DisposalWhen disposing of the EV charger, the end user should contact professional and qualified personnel for disposal instructions. 很多苹果手机用户一直问iOS版什么时候可以出来，近日苹果官方终于审核通过了，大家可以在App Store搜索“充电吧”下载试用。
充电吧APP是在微信版之上拓展开发的，彻底解决了微信H5页面无法支持导航、页面加载慢等问题，并新增了一些实用功能。
目前大家看到的版本只是第一期第一阶段的成果，后续还会通过迭代开发满足更多车友个性化需求。
我们建议用户在“充电吧”微信端和APP 端使用同一个手机号进行绑定注册，以方便您享受到更优质的服务。
下面为大家简单介绍一下“充电吧”APP的使用攻略：一、如何下载安装“充电吧”APP苹果手机版本大家都了解，直接在App Store搜索“充电吧”下载安装即可，安卓版下面简要介绍一下：方法一：关注“北汽充电吧”微信公众号，会话窗口菜单栏点“贴心服务”找到“下载APP”入口。

下侧栏预览浮窗为您呈现了距离您最近的充电站点，您可以手指轻按左右滑动切换至其他位置点，或者直接点“到这里”一键导航，或者点“详情”查看充电站详情页。

目前充电方式支持扫码充电、输入终端号充电、直接选择电站充电,提高了电动汽车用户查找电站的效率和充电的便捷性。
1.2. 功能1)用户可以随时根据多种查询条件查找充电桩并进行定位导航；2)用户可以扫描二维码、输入终端号等多种方式开始充电，可以实时查看充电状态和结束充电；3)用户可以在线修改账户信息和充值；4)用户可查询历史充值信息和充电消费信息；5)用户可以反馈建桩意见。

2. 运行环境本软件可在Android 3.2和IOS 7.0版本以上的手机上运行。
3. 使用方法3.1.软件安装特来电APP可以通过访问进行下载安装；安卓手机用户也可以通过各大安卓应用市场（360手机助手、应用宝、百度手机助手、豌豆荚、小米应用市场、华为应用市场）进行下载安装；苹果手机用户也可以通过appstore搜索“特来电”进行下载安装。
