It is in the first floor and this is the room I have been living for a long time. It has got two windows, an attached bathroom, and it is painted with light green colour. I have got my bed, sofa set, some paintings, wardrobe, study table, one easy chair, a computer, a TV set, one music player, an ACand a room heater in this room. The view from the room is quite beautiful and that’s the main reason I love to line in this room.【话题语料库】1.I like to live in a large house than living in a small house or in an apartment. The house must have a large garden in front of it and should be situated far away from the main road. Having a fountain in the garden would be a bonus for me. I would also prefer to live in such a house that offers enough sunlight and air. My room must be a large one and well-furnished based on my personal preferences. The room must have large windows and proper ventilation system.喜欢住什么样的房子,but,应该没有谁更喜欢小房子吧...?2.I share the house with a number of students and so there isn’t much privacy. It’s nice to have other people about and I wouldn’t want to live by myself. But there are times when I want to be in a quiet place and concentrate on my work and that’s when I tend to go up to my room and study. If I’m in the mood for company I’ll go back downstairs to the communal living room and watch tv with one of my housemates. There’s almost always someone around. So I think get the best of both worlds. 3.I have lots of memories regarding this room. I have spent a golden time there where I studies, gathered with friends, learned many new things and felt like home. I learned how to cook during my stay there and there are several times the things I cooked were not easy to eat as I had been a horrible cook. Later I developed my skill on cooking and I guess I would have never learned it unless I stayed there. 1.Do you currently live in a house or a flat/apartment?I live in a flat not far from the town center.I currently live in a 300-square-meter house in the southern suburb of the town.考生要了解flat/apartment与house定义上的差别。

Friends & family1. What qualities make good friends? To be honest, I think a best mate should be something like this: reliable, humorous, and trustworthy. What makes the most important qualities is, he will always have my back no matter what happens and get me through ups and downs in my life. You know what they say: A true friend is someone who never gets tired of listening to your own pointless dramas over and over again.2. Is your family very important to you?Definitely yes. I’m a family person, so I think my family members mean everything to me in this world and I will change them for nothing. I believe family is a safe haven where I can feel safe, secure, and feel connected to the person who truly cares me and supports me for unconditionally.3. Do you prefer to spend time with your family or your friends? It’s really a tough question, but I guess it really depends. For example, teenagers might prefer to hang out with their friends all day long since they’ve going through a rebellious stage of their lives. But the older they get, the more they may come to realize the importance of family and grab every chance they can to stick together with their beloved ones.。

What’s the best time of a day?

How’s the traffic around your home? What can you see from your window? Are there any fitness facilities near your home?

Is it convenient for you to buy fresh vegetables and fruits?

Describe a pet you would like to own.Describe a pet people often keep in their country.

(1) What it is(2) How long you have raised it(3) How to take care of it(4)Explain what benefits you can get from keeping a petSample AnswerIf I ever decide to buy a pet, I would buy a hamster. A hamster is a kind of mouse, and it’s smaller than a rat. It doesn't have long tail, and its mouth is not sharp. Hamsters have a lighter colour, something like gray. The reason I choose hamsters is that they’re so adorable and mischievous. Furthermore, hamsters like to run around a wheel and can go for 15-20 minutes without stopping. To me it is fascinating to watch them do that. They are actually very easy to take care of. I would just need to put the hamster in a cage, have some pet toys in there, and that would be enough. Food for hamsters is very simple: they like to eat carrot, fruits, and nuts. Of course, we shouldn't forget water. It's very simple to keep the cage clean. Just make sure the cage is clean and water is replenished every day. I would say a hamster is a very clean animal and very entertaining just to watch. I'm sure all kids and adults would surely like a hamster.
