First, you should put forward an application for the exhibition. You can get the application form from your local chamber of commerce or the official website of the fair. Then submit the application form to the local chamber of commerce or on line, neither too early nor too late. Of course, if you are a foreign enterprise, don’t forget to apply for a Visa. And then wait for the staff to verify the validity of the information you have submitted. Second, according to your requirements, reserve a booth and confirm the area and position of the exhibition when your application form is accepted. Then you have to pay a deposit for your booth. Third, give the information of your enterprise and exhibition to the sponsor. Fourth, apply for drawings, the use of electricity, etc. and rent modification items, so you can display your goods. Then pay the relevant expenses for the exhibition. This means that you are ready to participate in the exhibition.
