《会展英语》课程标准一、适用对象高等职业教育商务英语专业、涉外旅游专业的学生。
二、课程性质该课程通过介绍会展专业中所需的专用英语词汇、术语、句型等语言材料及文化背景知识,帮助学生掌握会展基本知识、熟悉会展流程、了解会展主要业务工作内容,熟悉掌握会展相关词汇及表达,培养学生成为熟悉会展基本业务流程的外语人才。
三、课程标准的设计思路宏观上,本课程标准的设计思路是以企业和行业需求为导向,培养学生的应用能力和职业能力。
课程标准总体设计以“学生”为中心,以“实践”为核心。
中观设计思路,本课程标准确定会展这个职业活动的典型工作过程,然后将其活动体系中的典型工作任务按照“主办方”和“参展商”两个不同的角色加以搜集、整理、归纳和整合,导出全部职业行动领域,再由行动领域导出学习领域,并通过适合教学的学习情境使其具体化,同时融入适度的相关理论知识,最后转化为适合于高职学生的教学内容。
它以真实的工作任务以及会展的工作过程为依据,按照展前、展中、展后的工作流程,分不同的及角色(主办方和参展商)来序化教学内容。
每一个模块都有相对应的具体工作(学习)任务,并结合英语知识学习和应用能力培养设计教学环节。
同时,每一个模块都有其职业能力和语言能力的培养目标。
微观课堂设计将会展英语课程分为十个项目,每一个项目都从会展的实际需求开始,制定具体的任务(项目),讲解具体的操作过程;在操作前知道学生了解适度够用的专业理论知识、概念和原理。
每个项目的教学过程为:案例呈现、项目分析、任务设置、讨论实施(学生分组或独立完成任务)、评估反思。
