SRB系列篮式过滤器
SRB系列篮式过滤器产品概述篮式过滤器是除去液体中含有少量固形物的小型设备，可保护压缩机、泵和其它设备及仪表等正常工作;也是提高产品纯度、净化气体的小型设备。
因此，篮式过滤器广泛应用于石油、化工、化纤、医药、食品等工业。
篮式过滤器有壳体、排污盖、滤芯、滤网、螺栓等组成。
篮式过滤器网眼总面积是入口管道截面积的3-4倍，压差为0.05-0.15，压力在设计有不同。
上海日美实业生产的篮式过滤器共有四种形式:直通平底篮式过滤器;直通弧底篮式过滤器;高低接管平底篮式过滤器;高低接管弧底篮式过滤器;订货时必须详细注明。

过滤器的过滤效率等级是指过滤器在过滤颗粒物时的过滤效果，也是
评价过滤器性能的一个重要指标。
中效过滤器的过滤效率等级通常是根据
其能够过滤掉的颗粒物的百分比来确定的。
常见的中效过滤器过滤效率等
级有F5、F6、F7、F8、F9等级。
其中，F5级别的过滤器能够过滤掉至少40%的颗粒物；F6级别的过滤器能够过滤掉至少60%的颗粒物；F7级别的
过滤器能够过滤掉至少80%的颗粒物；F8级别的过滤器能够过滤掉至少90%的颗粒物；F9级别的过滤器能够过滤掉至少95%的颗粒物。
这些过滤
效率等级的选择通常根据不同场合的需求来确定，例如对于需要高效净化

管道过滤器的种类与用途一、Y型过滤器Y型过滤器属于管道粗过滤器，可用于液体、气体或其他介质大颗粒物过滤，安装在管道上能除去流体中的较大固体杂质，使机器设备（包括压缩机、泵等）、仪表能正常工作和运转，达到稳定工艺过程，保障安全生产的作用。
当流体进入置有一定规格滤网的滤筒后，其杂质被阻挡，而清洁的滤液则由过滤器出口排出，当需要清洗时，只要将可拆卸的滤筒取出，处理后重新装入即可，因此，使用维护极为方便。
我公司所生产的Y型过滤器可根据客户具体要求（特殊压力、特殊口径）定制。

2、过滤器工作一段时间后，滤芯沉淀了一定的杂质，这时压力降增大，流速会下降，需及时清除过滤器芯的杂质3、清洗杂质时，特别注意过滤芯上的不锈钢钢丝网不能变形或损坏，否则，再装上去的过滤器，过滤后介质的纯度达不到设计要求，压缩机、泵、仪表等设备会遭到破坏。
4、如发现不锈钢钢丝网变形或损坏，需马上更换。

线隙式过滤器的主要特点是过滤器可在过滤工作中清除机械杂质。特别适 合于要求不间断地精细过滤油品的场合，不需另设备用过滤器。过滤器的结构 较为复杂、制造精度要求较高。
线隙式过滤器一般用于过滤液压油系统及燃油系统中的颗粒杂质，多作为 泵吸入口、回油管路、炉前燃油等过滤器使用。目前国内产品有一般的和压差 超过允许值可发信号的两种。
15、装有过滤器的管道在工作时可分为间断操作与连续操作 1 间断操作时，在过滤器前后设置切断阀，以便清理过滤器。 .2 连续操作时，对永久性过滤器需设置并联的两套过滤器，分别在过滤器前
后设置切断阀（线隙式过滤器除外）。
16、过滤器选型的一般原则
1、进出口通径 ： 原则上过滤器的进出口通径不应小于相配套的泵的进口通径，一般与进 口管路口径一致。 2、公称压力 ： 按照过滤管路可能出现的最高压力确定过滤器的压力等级。 3、孔目数的选择 ： 主要考虑需拦截的杂质粒径，依据介质流程工艺要求而定。各种规格丝 网可拦截的粒径尺寸查下表 “滤网规格 ”。 4、过滤器材质 ： 过滤器的材质一般选择与所连接的工艺管道材质相同，对于不同的服役 条件可考虑选择铸铁、碳钢、低合金钢或不锈钢材质的过滤器。
