我愿意从我的经验谈复习的重要性和步骤方法。
首先，制定复习计划，确定在某段时间里复习课程的具体内容。
其次，有规律地执行复习计划。
第三，检测所复习的内容，即时补充。
有一件事必须记住，就是要时时记笔记。
我严格遵循复习计划，在学习上取得了进步，证明复习是可取的。
当然，不只有一种复习办法。
只要我们有规律地复习，我们能够找到更多改善学习的方法。
二.Spring is tht best season of the year. The weather gets warmer and warmer. My clas i'amates and I took a one-day sightseeing around our city.The scene was pretty. But when we saw the rivers along our city, I felt very sorry, and thoughit a lot.With the development of modern agriculture and industry, more and more waste water is being poured into rivers. It has caused serious pollution. The river is becoming so dirty that no living things can live in it. The river is giving off a terrible smell.We make an urgent appeal that measures should be taken to cope with the situation. Our government should start building various facilities such as sewage treatment!plant and encourage scientists to work out more and better ways to reduce the pollution of water.Water is tho source of our lives. It is very important to protect water.春天是一年中的季节，天气变得越来越暖和。
我和我的同学们实行了一次环城一日游，所到之处景色宜人。
但当我看到沿着城区流过的河流时，我感到很惋惜，想了很多。
随着现代工农业的发展，越来越多的污水排进河里，河水被严重污染。
河水变得如此的肮脏以致于生物不能在里面生活。
河水发出难闻的气味。
我们急切呼吁采取措施改变这种状况。
政府理应建立各种设备，例如污水处理厂，并且鼓励科学家们想出更多更好的办法以减少水污染。
水是生命之源，保护水资源十分重要。
三.My classmates and I had an outing this spring. We had a good time. But meanwhile I noticed that water pollution in our city was becoming more and more serious.On our way, we could see women washing clothes in the river. Litter was floating on the river. Waste water produced by a chemical factory was being discharged into the river. We did not see any fish in the river. The fiver was not so clear as before. Water quality was very bad. I am worriedabout it because water is important to all living things. Man can not live without water. I hope people pay more attention to this problem, especially the government. Try to control the pollution of water as early as possible.At last I would like to say, "To protect water is to protect life."今年春天，我和我的同学去春游，我们玩得都很高兴。

对此我深感担忧，因为水对于所有生物都非常重要。
没有水人类将无法生存。
我希望人们能多注重这个问题，特别是政府部门，争取及早解决水污染问题。

”四.It is well-known that smoke is bad for our health. But there are still many people addicted to it and find it hardto quit. It is a problem make many people confused. For this, I have some suggestions. Firstly, you have to aware the disadvantages of smoke. If you don’t aware this, you won’t have the mind to do it. Then what you need is a strong mind. There is a saying,” No thing in the world is difficult forone who sets his mind on it.” So, a strong mind is important. What’s more, I have warm tips. If you really want to smoke, you can have a chew gum instead of smoke. After a while, your desire to smoke will be fade away gradually. Last, give yourself some awards. When you find yourself make some progress, you can give yourself some awards. It is good. Hope you can give up smoke successfully.众所周知，吸烟有害健康。
但还是有很多人沉迷其中而无法自拔。
这是一个让很多人都迷惑的问题。
对于这个点我有一些建议。
首先，你要意识到吸烟的坏处。
如果你不意识到这个点，你就不会有心去戒烟。
之后你需要的是一颗坚定的心。
有句谚语说，“世上无难事，只怕有心人。
”所以，坚定的信念是很重要的。
更重要的是，我有一点温馨提示。
如果你真的很想吸烟，你能够用嚼口香糖来代替抽烟。
一段时间后，你吸烟的欲望就会逐渐消逝。
最后，给自己一些奖励。
当你发现自己取得了一些进步，你能够给自己一些奖励。

五.Today, with the development of technology, people ownall kinds of electronic products, mobile phone is very popular, almost everyone has a mobile phone at hand, we even can say that we can’t live without mobile phone. As thephone has become so popular, students are also obsessed about it, high school students use cell phone without letting teachers know it, the reason that the teachers ban them touse mobile phone is that the phone will distract studentsfrom study. I agree with teachers, as a student, I knowexactly how the phone affects me in the class. I always wantto check my ph one, seeing if there is message. I can’t focus on my study, all my mind thinking is to check on the phone.
