康明斯300KW柴油发电机组产品说明书产品名称:300KW 康明斯柴油发电机组型号:XG-300C产品摘要:300KW康明斯发电机组采用NTA855-G2A重庆康明斯发动机,配备EG330M-330N发电机。
300kw康明斯发电机组的缸体设计坚固耐用,振动小,噪音小,采用康明斯公司专利的PT 燃油系统,具有独特的超速保护装置。
质量稳定,性能好,康明斯柴油发电机组是国内最畅销的一款柴油发电机组柴油机说明(发动机):a)缸体:高强度合金铸铁制造,刚性好、振动小、噪声低。
b)缸盖:每缸四气门设计、优化空气/燃油混合比,有效改善燃烧和排放;每缸一盖,维修方便。
c)凸轮轴:单凸轮轴设计可精确控制气门和喷油正时,优化的凸轮型线可减小冲击力,提高可靠性和耐久性。
d)曲轴:高强度锻钢制造的整体式曲轴,圆角及轴颈的感应淬火工艺可保证曲轴疲劳强度更高。
e)活塞:采用最新铝合金铸造技术,ω型头部和桶型裙部设计能补偿热胀冷缩,确保良好配合。
f)润滑系统:所有运动部件均为强制润滑;大容量齿轮泵提供压力润滑油对轴承进行润滑并冷却活塞;机油冷却器、全流式滤清器、旁通滤清器维持良好机油状态。
