谈和谐社会下绿色建筑和发展

摘要：随着人类的文明、社会的进步、科技的发展以及对住房的需求，房屋建设正在如火如荼的建设当中，而以牺牲环境、生态和可持续发展为代价的传统建筑和房地产业已经走到了尽头。发展绿色建筑的过程本质上是一个生态文明建设和学习实践科学发展

观的过程。其目的和作用在于实现与促进人、建筑和自然三者之间高度的和谐统一；经济效益、社会效益和环境效益三者之间充分的协调一致；国民经济、人类社会和生态环境又好又快地可持续发展。然而绿色建筑在中国还仅仅处于一个概念发展和项目示范阶段，远远没有形成全社会真正意义上的理解和认可。据调查，中国已有和在建的建筑项目中相当部分是高能耗的、高材料消耗的，远达不到国家制定的建筑节能规范的要求。这其中有各个方面的原因。正如某些国际机构所担忧的，中国要当心在经济高速发展的同时制造出数以亿平方米计的高能耗建筑。这需要设计人员在绿色建筑本身，以及可持续发展的问题上大力加强教育，使得人们真正了解和谐社会下绿色建筑的重要性和必要性。

abstract: with the human civilization, the progress of the society, the development of science and technology and the demand for homes, housing construction are in full swing in construction, and at the expense of the environment, ecological and sustainable development at the expense of the

traditional building and real estate industry has come to an end. the development process of green building in essence is a ecological civilization construction and practice of the scientific concept of development process. its purpose is to realize and function and promote people, building and natural between the three high harmony; economic benefit and social benefit and environmental benefits between the three full coordinated; the national economy, the human society and the ecological environment and good and fast sustainable development. but the green building in china also only in a concept development and project demonstration stage, far from form the whole society true understanding and acceptance. according to the survey, china has been under construction and construction projects is part is the high-energy, high material consumption, as far as less than set by the state for the energy conservation of the building the requirement of the specifications. there are various reasons. as some international institutions is concerned, china to be careful in the high-speed economic development and at the same time with hundred million square meters tested made millions of high energy consumption architecture. the need to design personnel in the green building itself, and the issue of

sustainable development of strengthening the education, make people really understand the harmonious society under the importance and necessity of green building.

1. 绿色建筑

1.1谈绿色建筑理念

早在20世纪60年代，美籍意大利建筑师保罗索勒瑞首次将生态与建筑合成“生态建筑”，即“绿色建筑”。后在1992年联合国召开的“环境与发展”的大会上，第一次比较明确地提出“绿色建筑”的概念。许多国家和组织都在节能、环境、生态和绿色建筑等方面制定了相关政策和评价方法，并着手研究编制可持续建筑标准。

2004年8月，我国建设部将“绿色建筑”明确定义为：为人们提供健康、舒服、安全的居住、工作和活动的空间，同时在简章全生命周期中实现高效率地利用资源（节能、节地、节水、节材）、最低限度地影响环境的建筑物。”与自然和谐共生的建筑所谓“绿色建筑”的“绿色”，并不是指一般意义的立体绿化、屋顶，花园，而是代表一种概念或象征，指建筑对环境无害，能充分利用环境自然资源，并且在不破坏环境基本生态平衡条件下建造的一种建筑，又可称为可持续发展建筑、生态建筑、回归大自然建筑、节能环保
