Dixon Bayco 3英寸摇动检测阀门操作说明书

3030SQ 3031SQ /3030SQ-SSPTo properly operate and maintain your Dixon Bayco 3030 / 3031 swing check valve the following instructions are provided. Please read with care as improper handling or maintenance may cause a hazardous condition.Do not modify your Dixon Bayco swing check valve for any reason. It can result in a hazardous condition due to operating difficulties or operation malfunction. Disassembly or tampering will void the product warranty.Immediately remove from service any swing check valve that is not performing satisfactorily.InstallationDixon Bayco swing check valves are properly adjusted and ready to use upon leaving the factory. Swing check valves are designed to be tough and to provide long service with reasonable care and handling.1. Ensure arrow is pointing downstream of product flow when installing.2. Apply appropriate gasket for square-flanged (3030SQ / 3031SQ) and round-flanged (3030RD / 3031RD) models.TemperatureDixon Bayco 3030 series swing check valves with molded flappers are not recommended for direct blower mounted service. For direct blower mounted service use 3031 (or 3030-SSP) series swing checks valves.Inspection and MaintenanceSwing check valves can fail to operate if not properly maintained. Frequently check for damage, loose or missing parts.Swing check valves assure one-way airflow during the off loading or unloading of product. Swing check valves prevent back flow of product into the blower or piping system. These safety devices consist of a simple flapper valve that swings clear of the air stream during the normal off-loading operation, but will immediately close when there is an air stoppage or airline pressure reversal. Once installed, the valves are often ignored. However, they are a crucial element in the proper operation of the dry bulk air transfer systems and the protection of expensive blower equipment.Swing check valve simplicity and historical durability are probably the reason for inspection complacency. But, swing checks are subject to temperature extremes and vibration fatigue that can affect wear and longevity. Wear in particular can result as flapper and hinge mechanisms vibrate constantly during road travel. Also remember that blowers raise intake air temperatures by as much as 200°F. That means if the outside is 100°F, then airline plumbing (including swing checks) can reach 300°F. High temperatures combined with pulsation stress from the blower and road travel vibration creates a hostile working environment that warrants performance inspections on a regular basis. There are two basic ways to inspect swing checks: (a) visual/manual, on the tanker and (b) removed from tanker, on a test stand.Do not attempt to inspect the valve while in use; this may result in severe damage or injury. How to InspectThe complete valve assembly may be removed and replaced without removing the valve body from the system. Please note that the shafts and springs are designed for left and right orientation, ensure that these components are located correctly. The colored spring should be used in conjunction with the right hand threaded shaft.1. Remove the inspection cap/cover and hand operate valve to ensure springs are in good working order and flapper seats properly without restriction.2. Whilst pulling the flapper forwards, pull upwards on the valve yoke to withdraw the complete flapper assembly (take care to ensure that springs are secure during valve withdrawal).3. Inspect valve seat and valve for wear or gaps.4. Inspect for product stuck in flapper assembly or valve seat causing the flapper to hang open.5. If springs are replaced, please ensure that, after replacement, the valve assembly is free to swing to the fully open position (90°) without excessive resistance. If excessive resistance is felt:- Ensure that the springs are fully pressed onto the shaft.- Reduce spring pre-load by moving torsion spring legs toalternative pre-load stop. The correct amount of pre-loadallows the valve to be freely opened to 90°.Should problems be encountered replace valve immediately.Your Dixon Bayco 3030 / 3031 swing check valve is designed for minimal flow restriction and low pressure drop during operation. The valve return springs are designed to provide sufficient pre-load to return the valve to the closed position with only limited pre-load. Excessive pre-loading of the return springs may lead to premature failure.Inspection FrequencySwing check valves should be routinely inspected as part of a preventative maintenance schedule for dry bulk tankers. The units should be given, at a minimum, a visual/manual inspection every 2-3 months.Do not use anything other than genuine Dixon Bayco parts in your Dixon Bayco swing check valve. Repair kits are available for all replaceable parts (refer to parts breakdown for details). Use of non-approved or modified parts can result in a hazardous condition due to operating difficulties or operation malfunction. Modification or tampering will void the product warranty.Dixon Bayco WarrantyFor complete warranty information, please refer to the latest Dixoncatalog.。

Those can be recorded with each channel´s individual knob. The movements will be out-put as control voltages. The record time amounts to 51 or 102 seconds maximal (depending on the sample rate). The track can be played once only (one shot) or in loop. The speed of the play back or the out-put offset is controllable with the pot.Track one has an additional CV input. The pot 1 can be used here like an offset ruler. All three tracks have a common reset input. All track data can be stored in internal non-volatil memory and will be reloaded after power on.Software updates are possible via backward USB connector.12V o u n d o u n d o u n d 12VPush button RECORD LEDPush button PLAY Push button KNOBRuler for CV, Speed or Offset Push button SAVE (Store data) Input jack RESET (0/+5V) CV outputs tracks 1-3 (0..+10V)CV-1 input track 1 (0..+10V)❶❸❸❷❹❹❺❻❼❼❽❷2.2 Modul overview➒➒3.Handling3.1 Manual mode (Knob)After power on the module stands in KNOB mode. All LEDs are off. With the pot you can adjust an output voltage between 0 and +10V. The voltages of pot one and CV-1 input will be added. Pot one serves like an offset ruler. You activate the manual mode by pushing the button KNOB.3.2 RecordFor beginning the record sequence please push the REC button (blinking yellow LED). You can record the movements of the ruler until you push again the button REC or until up to the maxi-mal record time. Now the record sequence stops and jumps automatically in the Play loop mode (yellow LED on).The voltages of pot one and CV-1 input will be added and also recorded. The output voltage is limited to +10V.If ruler one is on position Zero you can record the control voltages of input CV-1, e.g. LFO’s in the range of 0..+10V. The sample rate is 50Hz (50 values per seconds). Pot one serves like an offset ruler. From mode KNOB or PLAY you can start a record sequence anytime.Maximal record time (depending on the sample rate): with 50Hz=102sec, with 100Hz=51sec3.3 Play backAfter a record sequence the play back of the track starts automatically in loop (yellow LED on). If you are in mode KNOB (LED off) then you can start the play back with pushing the button PLAY. Please note the both versions of pushing (short or long):ONE SHOT- Track plays once only: Push the button shortly (< 0,5sec)PLAY LOOP- Track plays in loop: Push the button longer (> 0,5 sec)ATTENTION:Reset can start the track (or tracks) while Play mode is activated (LED on).3.4 Play functions (Speed and Offset)You can use two switchable functions in Play mode:- SPEED (the speed of the play back) and- OFFSET(shifting the CV output up or down).Toggle between both functions while you hold down the button KNOB and then you press the button PLAY.SPEED:After power on the function SPEED is preselected. With the ruler you can change the speed of the play back. Turn the pot over the middle position to activate the speed function. In ruler position Zero you have the half speed and in ruler posi-tion maximal you have the fourth speed. The original record speed is about ruler middle posi-tion.OFFSET:Starting from the middle position you can shift the CV up or down (Offset). The range is - / +5V. The output is limited to 0..+10V.ADVICE:After changing between both functions the value persists. To avoid skips of value the function gets active only while you turn the pot over the old value (position). Please note: After the end of the One shot sequence the function SPEED has no effect.3.5 ResetA high impulse on external reset input resets all activated tracks and starts the tracks (like One shot or loop according to the last manual setting).ADVICE:Reset has no effect while mode RECORD or KNOB is activated.3.6 Save recorded dataAll track data can be stored in internal non-volatil memory and will be reloaded after power on. Set all three tracks to mode KNOB (all LED’s off) and then push the button SAVE. Now you store all the recorded data (all LED’s are blinking). LED’s off displays the end of the storage.Just as well you can store the tracks separately: while hold down button SAVE press the REC button of the track for save this selected track.ADVICE:The storage can take a long time (max. 85 seconds) depending on the different lenght of the recorded tracks. The loading time (after power on) increases as well with the lenght of the recor-ded tracks (max 25 seconds).3.7 Setting up the sample rateSince version 1.02 you can select between two sample rates: 50Hz or 100HzSelect the sample rate as follows. Hold down following key while booting the device:Push button “PLAY1” for 100Hz(maximal record time per track = 51 sec)Push button “PLAY2” for 50Hz(maximal record time per track = 102 sec)With the following switching-on the selected sample rate will be loaded automatically, so that you don´t have to repeat your choice.3.8 Initialization (Setting on factory defaults)Turning on the module the internal data can be reset to the factory settings. For this purpose push the button KNOB of track 1 while power on until all three yellow LED’s turn on (after the LED sequence). Then let loose the button. This procedure set the tracks to zero and set the sampling rate on 100Hz.3.9 Firmware updatesYou can make a prospective firmware update/upgrade via USB.Where required you find further informations on our website.4.Appendix4.1.Technical detailsConnections:Ribbon cable adapter for Doepfer bus +/-12VoltInputs: 1x CV (0..+10V), 1x Reset (0/+5..10V), 1/8th inch mono jacksOutputs: 3x CV (0..+10V), 1/8th inch mono jacksControl elements:10 push buttons3 knobs for CV, speed, offset3 LED’sResolutions: AD/DA converter: 12bit, Sample rate: 50Hz or 100HzCurrent consumption: + 102mA/ - 12mASize:Euro rack format 3U / 6HP30x128,5x33 mm4.2 WarrentyBeginning from the date of purchase a 2-year warranty is guaranteed for this device in case of any manufacturing errors or other functional deficiencies during runtime. The warranty does not apply in case of:- damage caused by misuse- mechanical damage arising from careless treatment (dropping, vigorous shaking, mishandling, etc) - damage caused by liquids penetrating the device- heat damage caused by overexposure to sunlight or heating- electric damage caused by improper connecting(wrong power supply/ jacks/ MIDI connections/ voltage problems). If you have any complaints please contact your dealer or send an e-mail to:*******************************.de4.3 Terms of productionconformity: CE, RoHS, UL4.4 DisposalThe device is produced with RoHS-conformity (subject to the regulations of the European Union) and is free of hazardous substances (like mercury, plumb, cadmium and hexavalent chrome).
