College Students' Job Hunting

Job-hunting has become a hot topic among people in recent years and college students find it increasingly difficult to get a job. What is the cause of this phenomenon?

求职已经成为近年来人们的一个热门话题，大学生发现找工作越来越难了。引起这一现象的原因是什么?

Two reasons, in my opinion, can account for this social phenomenon. On the one hand, nowadays college students aim too high. All they want are "good" jobs which could offer high salary, comfortable working conditions. For another, there is a big gap between the majors some students study in school and the demands of vacant jobs. So companies think some students are not fit for the jobs.

我认为两点原因可以解释这一社会现象。一方面，现在大学生的目标太高。他们所需要的是“好”的工作，可以提供良好的工资.,舒适的工作条件。另一方面，学生在学校的学习和工作的需求之间存在很大的差距，所以公司认为一些学生不适合这个工作。

But how can we solve this problem? As far as I’m concerned, The companies should value the students’ talent and knowledge. In the second place, students should not merely aim at material gains. Therefore, I’m sure, with everyone doing his bit, we will change the present situation for the better.

但是我们怎样才能解决这个问题呢？就我而言，企业应该重视学生的才能和知识。其次，学生不应该仅仅是以物质利益为目标。因此，我相信，每个人都在做他的，我们将改变目前的状况更好。

Why Are There So Many Rural Laborers in Big Cities

For a number of years, there has been a steady rise in the number of rural

laborers who flood into big cities. They have made great contributions to the

city ’ s development.

多年来，农民工的数量在大城市中不断上升，这是一个稳定的增长。他们为城市的发

展做出了巨大的贡献。

What is the cause of this phenomenon? Two reasons, in my opinion, can

account for this social phenomenon. First and foremost, there are far more opportunities in big cities – rural laborers dream of earning money through hard

work. In the second place, many of them want to live permanently in big cities,

because they admire the way of living there, and wish their children to receive

good education

引起这一现象的原因是什么?两个原因，在我看来，可以解释这个社会现象。首先，大

城市有更多的机会通过努力工作赚钱的梦想。其次，他们中的许多人想永久居住在大城

I firmly believe that if we do our utmost to create a healthy social atmosphere, rural laborers will make greater contribution to our nation.

更大的贡献.

On a Harmonious Dormitory Life

Dormitory life is an indispensable part of college life. But sometimes the

harmony in the dormitory is disturbed in one way or another.

宿舍生活是大学生活不可或缺的一部分。有时候宿舍的和谐会在某种程度或方式上被

扰乱.

As is known to all, a harmonious dormitory life is so important that college students can’t afford to ignore it. On one hand, we can have a good rest and put

our heart into study. On the other hand, we will have a good mood and enjoy

being together.

众所周知，和谐的宿舍生活是如此重要，大学生不能忽视它。一方面，我们可以好好

But how can we create and maintain a harmonious dormitory life? For me,

it’s everyone’s business. Firstly, you have to evaluate your life-style and try to

get rid of your dirty habits. Secondly, when an annoying situation arises, you'll just

have to learn to tolerate each other. Finally, you'll have to share with each other

and make good friends.
