（一）导入
1、激趣导入
师：有科学家说在本世纪结束前我们会发现外星人的踪迹，那么作为地球的主人我们有必要向外星人做一下自我介绍，让我们一起给地球做个名片吧！我这里已经作好了一个。
师：出示PPT（激发学生兴趣）
师：今天我们要用到一个新的软件来制作地球名片，这个软件的名字叫
PowerPoint，简称PPT。
PowerPoint，它是一个做幻灯片的工具，大家从屏幕上可以看到，PowerPoint功能是很强大的，它可以插入文字、图片还有视频，并且文字和图片都可以动，在以后的学习中，我们还会发现它的其它更多的功能师：要做幻灯片，我们得有材料才行，下面第一步我们就要收集素材。
2、收集素材
师：大家现在都打开百度的网页，以地球的特征为主题进行搜索，如：地球的形状、地球的大小、地球的年龄等，今天只收集文字就行了，一小段就行，不需要太多。
师：大家找到了没有，找到了后就把材料复制、粘贴到word里，之后我们就开始制作了，那么我们怎么打开这个软件呢？
（二）打开PowerPoint
1. 教师边讲边操作，
师：大家都知道word是怎么打开的吧，我们从开始菜单找word看看会有什么意外发现，好，大家一起说，开始—程序—Microsoft Office— word，大家看word 的上面是什么，它就是我们今天要用的PowerPoint。
我们可以发现PowerPoint 和word都在Microsoft Office展开的菜单里，实际上，如果Microsoft Office 是妈妈，它们两个就好比两兄弟。
师：好，现在我们就把它们两兄弟都打开。
师：也许大家已经发现了，PowerPoint和word一样，双击桌面上它的快捷键也可以打开它。
学生操作打开PowerPoint。
板书开始—程序—Office—PowerPoint 2003。
（三）认识界面
师：我们看看PowerPoint的上面三行，是不是很熟悉呢？
师：对，我们在word中也见到过，它们分别叫什么呢？
师：谁能告诉我，请举手。
学生答
师：不错，它们分别是标题栏、菜单栏、工具栏。
师：我们在看看界面中的其它几个部分，
首先，中间这一块儿我们可以放很多材料，它叫做编辑区。
再看左边这一块儿，上面两个字是什么，对，大纲，这里就是大纲视图区，可以和幻灯片的缩略图交替呈现。
（四）制作名片
1、引导学生复习插入艺术字标题的方法
师：现在我们来制作标题，一般标题要怎么做，比较美观呢？我们一般应用
艺术字对吧，谁还记得艺术字怎么插入，请举手
师：有谁还记得怎样插入艺术字？
点名回答问题，学生答，老师做。
方法一：插入—图片—艺术字
方法二：绘图工具栏上的艺术字图标
师：好，下面大家就动手插入自己的艺术字标题“地球名片”。
2、学生操作插入艺术字标题。
3 、输入文字资料内容
（1）插入一张新幻灯片。
师：标题占了一页，那么我们的名片内容放哪儿呢？这就需要插入新的一页，这里称作插入幻灯片。
PowerPoint里把每一页叫做一张幻灯片。
看老师的鼠标，点击插入—新幻灯片板书插入—新幻灯片
（2）选择合适的版式。
师：这时我们看到页面的右边出现了什么，是幻灯片文字版式，下面我来点几个，大家仔细观察有什么不同。
有谁发现了，请举手。
师：大家可以发现不同版式文本框的数目不同或摆放的位置不同。
我们任意选择一种版式都可输入文字。
师：有的同学会说，我的文字只需要放在一个文本框里就可以了，多余的文本框怎么办呢？
师：不想要，删掉就可，先选中，然后按Delete键就删除了。
（3）把搜索到的资料复制、粘贴到新幻灯片内。
师：好，下面我们就把 word中的资料，粘贴到PowerPoint内。
（五）保存演示文稿并播放。
1、教师操作
师：这样我们简单的名片就做完了，怎样美化它我们以后再讲，现在我们先把它保存了，想一想word，我们该怎么做呢？
师：对，同word一样，点文件菜单下的保存，选择盘符。
师：保存了之后，我们来播放一下，点幻灯片放映—观看放映，要回去怎么办呢？点右键—结束放映。

（六）学生操作实践，巩固知识
1、回顾名片制作流程
师：好，现在我们复习一下制作这个名片的流程。
首先我们收集好资料，打开PowerPoint，插入艺术字标题，插入新幻灯片，输入内容，保存，然后播放，退出。
师：下面我们把刚才做的名片保存好，关闭PowerPoint，然后再重新打开PowerPoint，把刚才做的名片再做一遍。
