一、如何描述数据的上升或下降
一般来说，有两种句式表达数据的上升或下降。
a. 描述对象+表示增长或减少的动词+程度副词+数据+时间 点
b. There was a + 表示程度的形容词+表示增长或减少的名 词+数据+时间点
Example:
a. The birth rate in China increased steadily from about 10 percent in 1920 to just over 15 percent in 1935, followed by a sharp decline to nearly 5 percent in 1940.
