西门子LAL1.25燃烧控制器结构原理与电路研究作者:高峰来源:《科学与财富》2018年第30期摘要:燃油和油气两用燃烧器做为加热炉和锅炉的配套设备在各行各业中广泛使用,尤其是炼化、化工、热力等行业均是核心设备。
目前大多采用进口燃烧器,技术先进、安全可靠,中西门子LAL1.25型燃烧器控制器作为燃烧器的核心部件在各型燃油和油气两用燃烧器中广泛采用,对燃烧器的工作过程进行控制。
关键词:LAL1.25燃烧控制器;结构原理;电路研究一、前言:百得燃烧器作为热输原油管道的重要进口设备,自动化程度高,燃烧控制技术先进可靠,控制复杂,为了更全面、深入、彻底的掌握百得燃油及油气两用燃烧器工作原理和控制过程,提升管理水平和技术能力,开展西门子LAL1.25燃烧控制器结构原理与电路研究,侧重于从控制器内部入手研究燃油燃烧器工作原理,研究通过四个步骤,第一步是根据燃烧器控制系统图、说明书和现场实际查线测量全面掌握燃烧器整个系统的控制电路和原理;第二步是通过对燃烧控制器解体对控制器内部的详细结构、工作原理、电子电路和元件进行研究,从而深入、彻底掌握控制器工作机理和过程;第三步骤是对解体的控制器通过实际查线、测量并结合有关图纸,最后绘制控制器详细的电路图;第四步是从控制器内部电路入手与燃烧总体控制原理图相结合编写燃烧控制器驱动整个燃烧器工作的原理和过程。
二、控制器总体结构组成:西门子LAL、LFL燃油燃烧控制器由三部分组成,第一部分是时序电路,由同步电机SM 、凸轮(凸轮上设置有指示器,标示有、▲、P、■、▼、1、I指示符号,通过该符号观察燃烧器进入的时序阶段)和15个时序触点组成(时序触点分单触点微动开关和双触点微动开关),由同步电机SM 驱动凸轮旋转,凸轮设计成特殊的结构形成了固化的时序,通过凸轮旋转来触动15个微动时序开关来通断电控制外部各个元件按照设定的程序自动工作;第二部分是由主继电器AR(载荷继电器)与闭锁继电器BR组成的控制电路;AR继电器的主要作用是控制同步和向风机送电,BR的作用主要是控制向内部送电和故障锁定;第三部分是由火焰监测装置、火焰放大电路和FR火焰闭锁继电器组成的火焰监测保护电路,熄火保护电路的作用是监视燃烧状况,一旦熄火,及时关断燃料源并停炉报警。

5.PLC串口通讯线一条
三、实验原理
1.工作原理接线图如图二所示
2.三相电动机顺序控制要求如下:
(1)先拨上正转开关SB1,再拨下SB1,电机以Y-△方式启动,Y形接法运行5秒后转换为△形运行。
(2)先拨上停止开关SB3,再拨下SB3,电机立即停止运行。
(3)先拨上反转开关SB2,再拨下SB2,电机以Y-△方式启动,Y形接法运行5秒后转换为△形运行。
(4)先拨上停止开关SB3,再拨下SB3,电机立即停止运行。
四、实验步骤
1、先将PLC的电源线插进PLC侧面的电源孔中,再将另一端插到220V电源插板。
2、将PLC的电源开关拨到关状态,严格按图二接线,注意12V电源的正负不要短接,电路不要短路,否则会损坏PLC触点。
3、将PLC的电源开关拨到开状态,并且必须将PLC串口置于ON状态,然后通过计算机或编程器将程序下载到PLC中,下载后,再将PLC的电源开关拨到关状态。

四台电机启动时每隔1s依次启动,停止时,四台电机同时停止。
3.报警器的控制要求是当条件X1=ON时蜂鸣器鸣叫,同时,报警灯连续闪烁10次,每次亮1.5s,熄灭1s,此后,停止发光报警。
