国际货运代理术语1. 嘿，你知道国际货运代理里的“FOB”（Free On Board）不？这就好比你在网上买东西，卖家把东西放到快递车上，从这一刻起，东西的风险啥的就不归卖家管了。
比如说，我从国外订了一批特色手工艺品，对方是FOB条款发货，等货物装上船，那之后要是出啥问题，就跟卖家关系不大喽。
2. “CFR”（Cost and Freight）这个术语可挺重要呢。
这就像你去餐馆吃饭，你付的钱包含了菜钱和送到你桌前的服务费。
在货运里，卖方要负责成本和运费。

这就像你叫了个专车送东西，你付了钱，车就得把东西送到指定地点。
在货运代理里，卖方要支付运费把货物送到指定目的地。
我有个同行，往国外运一批家具，CPT条款下，他得确保货物能被运到对方指定的地方，运费他出。
6. “CIP”（Carriage and Insurance Paid To）这个术语就像是全方位的服务。
就好比你请了个保镖送东西，不但把东西送到，还有保险保障。
卖方要负责运费和保险费，一直到指定目的地。
