Remove all contents from shipping crate andcompare to the contents list in this manual. Ifshipping damage or any part shortages areidentified, contact your distributor. Do not discard packing material until brake is assembled and operating satisfactorily.2. Carefully clean all rust protected surfaces witha mild solvent or kerosene and a soft rag. Donot use lacquer thinner, paint thinner, or gasoline – these will damage painted surfaces.3. Coat all machined surfaces with a light coat ofoil to inhibit rust.5.4 AssemblyRefer to exploded view if additional clarification is needed for assembly.1. Remove bolts holding support legs and brake topallet.2. Locate brake in a dry, well-lighted area with asturdy, level floor. Machine location must allowroom for loading and offloading stock, and access on all sides for maintenance.3. Use hoist or forklift to carefully lift brake ontosupport legs. Secure with M12 bolts, washersand nuts (HP1/HP4/HP6/HP8).Do not allow anyone beneath brake while moving it into positionand until it is secured on support legs.4. Verify that brake is level; use shims ifnecessary. Secure support legs to floor withappropriate fasteners, such as lag bolts (notprovided).5. Install counterweight assemblies to left andright hinges with M12 bolts, lock washers andflat washers (HP1/HP4/HP6). See Figure 3.Figure 36. Install handles to front of apron (Figure 4).Figure 47. Install stop rod assembly on left side of brake, through weldment on apron, as shown in Figure5. Secure stop rod pin (F) with flat washer andhex nut (HP3,HP9). Install cotter pin (HP10) atend of stop rod, and bend with pliers to secure.Figure 56.0 Adjustments6.1 Counterweight positionProper counterweight position determines amount of leverage for the bend, and most efficient movement of apron for the operator.Adjust counterweight by backing out screw (J, Figure 6) and rotating upper and lower collars (K) as needed. When counterweight is at desired position, turn screw (J) until it re-engages counterweight.Figure 6 6.2 Apron adjustmentThe apron assembly has been adjusted by the manufacturer for use with material having the capacity listed in the Specifications section. If any misalignment occurs, correct as follows. The forward edge of hold-down fingers should be adjusted parallel to pivot edge of press bar. Release clamping pressure on hold-down assembly by pushing clamp handles (L) slightly to the rear. Turn knobs (M) to adjust fingers for parallel.Figure 7The truss nuts (N, Figure 7) can be used to help achieve alignment in apron and hold-down assemblies, by eliminating any bowing at the center of these assembles.Finger alignment can be achieved by loosening cap screws on the fingers, and raising apron to 90-degree position. Push fingers forward against apron bar for proper alignment. Retighten all screws.6.3 Adjusting for metal thicknessThe holddown assembly must be adjusted to allow for clearance when making bends according to thickness of material. Clearance for material within four gauges of the capacity should be twice the thickness of the material. For lighter gauges use 1-1/2 times the thickness. When adjusting for thickness, turn both knobs (M, Figure 7) the same amount to maintain parallelism of fingers with apron.6.4 Adjusting clamping pressure Clamping pressure should be adjusted according to material thickness. Clamping pressure should be great enough to hold material securely in place but not so much that it is difficult to lock clamping handles. Clamping pressure can be adjusted by turning nuts on threaded rod portion of yoke assembly (P, Figure 8).6.5 Repeat bendsAdjust stop collar on stop rod (Figure 5) to limitapron swing.7.1 LubricationThe machine must be lubricated every day ofservice with a few drops of oil at the pivot points. Oilpinholes are located at both yoke assemblies (A,Figure 8) and the apron assembly near the hinge pin(B).Lightly oil all machined (unpainted) parts when notin use, to inhibit rust.Figure 88.0 Replacement PartsReplacement parts are listed on the following pages.

1)岛形的左侧为上升消耗性缺口,右侧为下跌突破性缺口,是以缺口填补缺口,这两个缺口出现在很短的时间内,说明市场情绪化特征明显;
2)高位岛形的顶部一般是一个相对平坦的区域,与两侧陡峭的图形形成鲜明对比,有时顶只是一个伴随天量的交易日构成,这是市场极端情绪化的产物,其顶部开始成交量呈递减状,并且左侧量为形态中天量;
3)底部岛形反转常伴随着很大的成交量,如果成交量很小,这个底部岛形反转就很难成立;
