英语云教研活动心得体会篇1本次活动的目的是进一步研究潍坊市教科院"五四一"课堂教学形式，进步我区英语老师的课堂授课程度，培养教坛新秀。
高新区教研室对此活动非常关注，武际金副主任亲临现场、东明中学的孙校长也观摩了本次活动。
本次活动由以下两个环节：一、听课、评课。
杨叔萍主任多年来注重研究课堂教学，今天她又展示了一节读写课，把读写课的根本步骤通过授课形式展示给大家，让老师们从中领悟。
课后杨主任把她设计这堂课的思路和大家进展了交流。
老师们也对这节读写课也发表了自己的看法，并提出了建议，对读写课形式〔修改稿〕进展了讨论。
最后，教研员张x____师对听说课和读写课进展了精辟的解读，并对《初中英语课堂教学评价标准》又作了强调：1、目的明确。
2、多层设计。
3、学生参与。
4、注重实效。
张老师强调，要把"五四一"形式落实到平时的授课上，老师们要珍惜时机，积极参加课改，以进步自己的业务程度。
二、总结上学期的教研活动，布置今学期的教学教研活动。
张老师首先肯定了上学期教研活动的优点，然后指出了缺乏，对本学期的教研活动作了布置和要求，并强调每次教研活动完毕，各位老师必须写反思，并把学到的经历落实到实际教学中去；每人建立博克，每周发表一篇随笔，交流教学经历；以学校、年级为单位出无分数评价优秀试题，并进展展示和评比；今年我区的课堂教学活动评比以市教学形式为根据，尤其是青年老师平时上课必须按"五四一"形式；加强集体备课，各校把集体备课发到英语学科公共邮箱，到达资共享。
本次教研活动，老师们参与率高，没出现无故缺席现象，听课认真，讨论积极，到达了预期目的。
相信今学期我区的英语教学一定会获得优异成绩。
今年的小学英语教研活动，只有短暂的一天，但让我感受了专家名师的不同风采，聆听了他们精彩的讲座，感受了她们灵动的课堂，也更新了教学观念。
反思以往的工作，结合教研所得，我将从以下方面努力。
一、进一步理解，落实目的教学。
通过此次活动我明白了，目的教学是一种以教学目的为核心和导向、以反响、矫正为根本策略的施行课堂教学的方法。
我们要在整个教学过程中围绕教学目的展开一系列教学活动，并以此来激发学生的学习兴趣与积极性，鼓励学生为实现目的而努力学习。
在教学中先让学生清楚“干什么”，再带着学生探究“怎什干”，最后再进展“干的怎么样”的检测。
在详细的教学中我将不断探究，不断反思寻找施行目的教学最有效的方法。
二、努力提供自己的个人素质，增强教学根本功。
1、实现教育观念的转变。
素质教育实际是激发学生的潜力，培养其创新精神与创新才能、理论才能。
所以老师要克制过去传统的教育质量观，不能单纯地以分数作为衡量学生的唯一标准。
尤其是小学阶段，培养和强化学生的英语学习兴趣，养成良好的学习习惯，形成一定的学习策略比片面的追求学生的分数更重要。
例如有的学生在老师的高压政策和魔鬼训练下虽然到达了高分，但是学生的兴趣已经没了，对英语产生了厌倦，不利于学生的终身开展，以后可能会越来越糟。
相反，假如学生对英语产生了浓重了兴趣，虽然一时成绩不好，但他愿意持之以恒地钻研，一定会在学习的某个时期灵感突现，实现飞跃。
所以作为小学英语老师，不但使学生掌握根本的知识和技能，还要培养强化兴趣，指导学习略，形成学习习惯，引导其好学、会学；同时还要激发其创新思维，不仅要让学生掌策握人类已经形成的间接经历和知识，更需要引导学生理解现成结论的同时，又会设法打破现有结论，大胆理论，获得自己的直接经历知识，并最终实现创新。
2、实现自身适应素质教育的新开展活到老，学到老，促进内在专业构造不断更新、演进和丰富。
老师的素质包括思想素质、专业素质和教学才能素质。
因此，在日常的教学工作中，我们要从点滴做起，加强修养，全面进步自身的思想素质、专业素质和教学才能素质。
要想在课堂教学中进展素质教育的浸透，英语老师应具备以下几种专业才能：1、认知才能2、观察才能3、设计创意才能4、教学反思才能5、执行才能6、话语才能7、互动才能8、群体控制才能9、表现和操作才能10、教育科研才能，并能灵敏运用到课堂教学中。
3、实现教学内容的转变以往教学只重视词汇，语法的传授，把学生的注意力引到典型句型的分析^p 上，把一些很好的范文支解得零零碎碎，课文的背景、语言风格以及文章本身的内涵也很少被重视、被开掘，无视了对课文的整体理解把握、体味、欣赏，无视了中西方文化差异的理解。
无视了学生人文素养的培养。
学生只是被动的承受，很少有说的时机，学了英语只会写却不会开口说，这也是我们的学生英语语法学的很多，而英语语言修养却普遍水准不高、缺少风采的原因。
所以我们要实现教与学的观念改变，教学中着意增强文化素养的培育。
改变英语课程过分重视语法和词汇知识的讲解与传授、无视对学生实际语言才能的培养的倾向，强调课程从学生的学习兴趣、生活经历和认知程度出发，倡导体验、理论、参与、合作与交流的学习方式和任务型的教学途径，开展学生的综合运用才能，使英语学习的过程成为学生形成经济的情感态度、主动思维和大胆理论、进步跨文化意识和形成自主学习才能的过程。
4、实现教学方法的转变学生是学习的主人，是教育过程的主动参与者，老师不能将自己的知识、观点简单移植给学生，学生对老师的教学能否承受，承受多少总是根据自己有的知识，才能做出反响。
老师假如只顾自己教，不考虑学生学，就会制约学生的学习方向，质量，效果。
新课程标准要求关注每个学生的情感，激发他们学习英语的兴趣，帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信心，使他们在学习的过程中开展综合语言运用才能，进步人文素养，增强理论才能，培养创新精神。
将素质教育浸透于英语教学，作为英语老师应该把培养学生的交际才能作为最终目的。
在教学中应采用任务型性教学和情景教学，从而形成创新教学的气氛，调动学生学习英语的积极性，激发学生学习英语的兴趣，给学生表现的时机，在愉快的过程中实现知识和技能的掌握。
在在孙老师的教学时把肢体语言带入了课堂。
在教单词或句子时，老师带着学生做动作，甚至做夸大的动作或用夸大的朗读语调，孩子们特别喜欢。
“Be tall”两手张开画个大圈，“Be short”蹲下等。
还可以组织学生用英语会话，问答，使学生在互相交往中产生情趣、习得常用口语。
为了让学生容易记，我把单词或句型作为歌词填入一首学生以熟能唱的歌曲中。
这样，通俗的歌曲，使学生在欢快的歌声中稳固所学的知识，并促进了口头练习。
根据小学生的兴趣特点，老师也可以将单词编成chant。
学生既学习了词汇又锻炼了语感。
5、实现师生关系的转变构建和谐民主的师生关系助于素质教育的施行。
我们要坚信每一个学生都有一定的创新潜能，都是创新的主体，都有可能通过教育和训练获得创新性的成果，成为某一方面的创新性人才。
建立和谐平等的新型师生关系，正确对待每一个学生，对每一个学生都抱有希望，都给予鼓励和支持，注重开展学生的个性，让每一个学生都能自由地、大胆地参与学习探究与交流，都能大胆质疑和创新。
老师信任学生，学生也会喜欢上自己的老师，从而喜欢他的课，俗话说的好：“亲其师，信其道。
”在这种和谐民主的环境中学生的创新思维越容易被激发出来。
老师积极地进展启发性的引导，把学生的初步愿望或学生的启蒙思想变为强烈的渴望和追求，使其成为学生成才、成功起步的阶梯。
6、实现教学评价的转变由于受应试教育的影响，长期以来小学英语主要是以文化考试的分数来评定学生学业的优劣、老师程度的上下、学校教育质量的好坏。
要改变这种现状，首先我们要重视形成性评价，不能只重结果，不重过程，防止由单一考试的评估手段扼杀了学生会学习的兴趣和热情。
重视教学过程的设计和评价，使学习活动生动有趣。
其次由绝对评估向差异性评价转变。
马克思哲学唯物辩证法告诉我们任何矛盾和矛盾的两个方面都有特殊性，这就要求我们要以每个学生都能得到最大限度的开展作为标准，在横向评价的同时更加重视纵向的比拟，从而鼓励学生成长、创新，全面进步学生素质。
视语法和词汇知识的讲解与传授、无视对学生实际语言才能的培养的倾向，强调课程从学生的学习兴趣、生活经历和认知程度出发，倡导体验、理论、参与、合作与交流的学习方式和任务型的教学途径，开展学生的综合运用才能，使英语学习的过程成为学生形成经济的情感态度、主动思维和大胆理论、进步跨文化意识和形成自主学习才能的过程。
英语云教研活动心得体会篇29月3日，今天有幸参与了xx区初二英语教研活动，在教研员的带着下解读新教材，理解新教材的教学方法以及教学目的，在此与大家分享一下我的收获。
首先，新版教材的单元构造是五局部，第一局部是单元热身环节 get ready, 这一环节应不占课时，只需与第一课时相结合，而第一课时我们需要进展lesson1，lesson 1 —lesson 3是属于语言输入环节，第二环节我们需要用六个课时完成，在这一环节，要注意语言内化过程，让学生把别人之语变成自我之语，注意培养学生的听说读写才能，知识的内化表达在语言的输出，老师要以学生为中心，转换自己的角色，自觉将学到的语言知识转化为自己的知识，在参与体验感悟中实现主动可持续的开展。
下一环节就是学生的语言输出环节，这一环节对应的是教材上的munication workshop以及check your progress需要两个课时完成，此环节通过学生阅读文章答复下列问题，写作，对话讨论以及完成课后习题来检测学生学习成果。
第四环节是弹性学习内容，此环节包括fun zone 1以及study help，需要1—2个课时，最后一个环节是复习环节。
对于一节课老师要引导学生，遵循这一原那么“k-w-l-h”，know指要引导学生学习本节课的相关知识，want要帮助学生明确这节课想学会要学会的知识，learned指导学生找出学过的知识，how我们要如何学习到更多的知识，除课本之外的知识，老师和学生要共同找到方法，求得共同进步。
此外，教研员也同时指出，针对现今英语考试改革，根底知识的考察要增加，疑难问题要减少，增强对学生的听力训练，阅读量增加以及阅读才能进步，进步语言的内化。
在此次活动中，我还理解到“学研优”三说活动，学科标，研教材，优教法。
教研员向我们展示了局部老师的录课稿。
此次教研活动让我全面的理解了北师大版的英语教材，学习到很多知识，知道了教材的课时分配，为以后参加教学工作有了思想准备。
还知道了一节好课的标准。
