中小企业人才储备方案设计—以A公司为例

摘要

随着知识经济时代的到来, 人才资源已成为企业内最重要的资源, 人才储备也逐渐成为企业人力资源规划的重要内容。A公司是中国典型的中小型民营企业, 随着公司业务的迅速上涨, 人才资源的储备不足逐渐成为企业发展的瓶颈。该公司人才储备不足的现状是当前中国中小型企业的典型代表, 本文以A公司企业个案为研究对象, 运用了文献分析法、调查问卷法和定量分析法, 对A企业人力资源管理工作的问题进行诊断, 并在此基础上进行人力资源需求和供给预测, 最后根据企业人才储备的目标, 从企业内部和外部两方面出发, 在为A企业量身设计出了一套人才储备方案的同时, 也力求为其它中小型企业的人才储备方案设计提供借鉴意义。

Abstract

With the advent of the era of knowledge economy, human resources have become the most important resource within the enterprise,.At the same time,personnelplanning has become a major part of the enterprise human resources planning。A company is the typical small and medium private enterprises。With the rapid rise in business, human resources inadequate reserves gradually become enterprise development bottleneck。At present ,the actuality of the lack of human resources in company A is the type among small and medium enterprises.This article will take case of A company for study ,and the author want to offer some help for other enterprises which want to design schemes of personnel reserve too。The methods that used are literature analysis method、questionnaire and quantitative analysis。The straight matter is departed three parts: the status of human resources and human resources management of A technology limited company are introduced in detail in the first part ; then forecast the demand and supply of human resources in the second part ;in the third part a measuring schemes of personnel reserve are designed based on the actuality of A company from inside and outside 。
