工商管理专业培养方案

一、修业年限及授予学位名称

学制4年,最低毕业学分165,允许学习年限为3-6年。授予管理学学士学位。

Ⅰ.Length of Schooling and Degree:

The program takes 4 years, and it can be completed with 165 credits in three to six years of full time study. Degrees Conferred: Students will be awarded Bachelor of Management.

二、培养目标

本专业培养德智体美全面发展,具有创新精神、竞争意识,系统地掌握经济学、管理学基本知识和技能,熟悉财务、生产、营销等方面知识,能在企事业单位及政府部门从事企业策划、生产运作和人力资源管理等工作的应用型高级工商管理人才。

Ⅱ.Educational Objectives

This program aims to promote students’ comprehensive development both mentally and physically, or to make students have initiative spirits and competitive senses, to make them have systematically theoretical knowledge and practical skills of economics and management science, and to have them familiar with financial knowledge, production and marketing, which are all to cultivate applied and top business administration talents who can choose to engage in business planning, operations and human resources management in enterprises, public institutes, government departments, etc.

三、培养规格及要求

本专业学生主要学习管理学、经济学的基本理论和方法,接受管理思维和管理技能的基本训练,具有运用管理理论和方法分析解决实际管理问题的能力。毕业生应获得以下几方面的知识和能力:

1.掌握管理学、经济学、会计学、统计学等学科的基本知识和技能;

2.掌握企业管理的定性、定量分析方法;

3. 掌握文献检索、资料查询的基本方法,具有一定的科学研究能力;

4.具有较强的组织协调、创新、人际沟通、语言表达和解决实际问题的能力;

5.具有调动可利用的资源展开团结协作,进行有效整合的能力;

6.了解工商管理的前沿理论和发展动态。

Ⅲ.Skills Profile

Students in this major mainly study fundamental theories of management science and economics, obtain basic training of management thinking and skills, and meanwhile,they should have abilities of applying management theories and analytic method to resolve real management problems.

Graduates should be given the following knowledge and skills:

Mastering of basic knowledge and skills of management, economics, accounting, statistics,

and so on;

2. Mastering of qualitative and quantitative analysis for enterprise management;

3. Grasping primary methods of information retrieval and research, with a certain degree of scientific research ability;

4. Strong abilities in organization and coordination, innovation, communication, language expression and solving practical problems;

5. Abilities in transferring the available resources for solidarity and collaboration in order to effectively integrate;

6. Familiarity with frontier theories and development trend in business administration.

1.本专业学生在系统学习工商管理基本理论的基础上,注重管理方法与技能的训练,注重对学生创新精神,管理实践能力的培养;

2. 注重培养学生有效地整合人力、物力、财力、信息等资源的能力,形成系统的思维习惯和务实的工作作风。
