如果是甲方已经发出去的货物，乙方呢，要尽量配合接收，然后按照双方协商好的价格进行结算。
要是还没发货的，那咱就不再发货啦，各自盘点好自己这边的库存，可别搞混了哦。
2. 款项支付。
已经支付的款项呢，咱们也得算得清清楚楚。
如果甲方已经给乙方付了一部分钱，乙方要看看哪些是已经完成的业务对应的款项，哪些是还没做的。
对于没做业务对应的款项，要尽快退还给甲方，就像还东西一样，要痛痛快快的。
如果有乙方已经支付给甲方的钱，也是同样的道理，该退的就退，咱们都要做诚实守信的好伙伴。
3. 知识产权和保密条款。
咱们在合作过程中可能会涉及到一些知识产权方面的东西，就像咱们共同创造的小秘密一样。
