一、复印
方法一：1.首先开电源；2.打开上盖，将有文字（要复印）的那一面朝下（朝玻璃面板）；3.盖上盖；4.按启动。
功能：○1单面→双面；双面→双面；双面→单面：盖上盖之后点击屏幕当中的双面，出现如下图，按照所需选择并确定，结束后按启动。
方法二：1.首先开电源；2.将要复印（有文字）的那一面朝上放在自动输稿器上（如下图）；3.按启动。
（注：多张的文件一定要拆开装订的东西，如：订书针、回形针、夹子等，保证每张纸张是不黏连的）。
若需单面→双面；双面→双面；双面→单面功能的，参考上页中的功能，除放置纸张位置不同其他都一样。
二、扫描：
扫描的文件放置：○1放在自动传输器上（扫描那一面向上）；
○2放在玻璃板面上，扫描那一面朝下（朝玻璃板） 步骤：
1.点击发送；
2.点击地址薄，选中下列地址，点击确认。
3.点击“扫描设置”， 点击“选项”，点击“双面原稿”，点击“书本类型”，按“确定”。
