Complaint Letter

写信投诉抱怨的题型很常见，怎样才能合理的表述不满，又能显得理由充分？

投诉信结构：投诉信是对产品或服务表示不满的信件，一般分

1. 提出投诉内容；

2. 说明具体情况；

3. 提出解决办法。

语言注意点投诉信应重点表明投诉的原因，叙事应客观、准确、简洁。最后提出的解决方法应切实可行。在表达自己的不满时，语言要把握分寸，不失风度。

1.投诉内容。一般放在信的开头。常用的表达法有：

I am writing to you about... which I received/bought ...

I am going to complain about ...

I am sorry to have to return with this letter... which I received/bought...

2.具体情况。一般讲述对商品质量或售后服务不满意的地方。常用的表达法有：

When we checked..., we noticed...

When I took... out of the bag and examined... closely, I found...

When I unpacked... and tried to use it, it did not work.

3.解决办法。常用的表达法有：

Please let me know what you intend to do in this matter.

I am returning…under separate post and look forward to receiving a full refund of...

In view of the inconvenience that this has caused, I feel you should...

He said since it was a new model in China, it was impossible to fix it without the right spare parts. I was so desperate on hearing that. How can I wait that long?
