摘要

本文运用理论与实际案例相结合的分析方法，在组织机理的阐述上采用分层递进、由微观到

宏观、由企业外部半紧密的关系到企业内部在农业产业化经营中适应企业环境的变化而嬗变的分

析思路，对农业产业化经营和农民组织化的机理与运营模式进行了研究，本文研究重点在于一是

阐明农业产业化经营的组织机理和农民组织化的机理，二是对实践中现存的和发展趋势中将出现

的组织运营模式进行对比分析。通过河北省典型案例的实证分析对典型的农业产业化经营和农民

组织进行了系统的分析和评价，并提出相应的政策建议。本文从多角度阐明农业产业化经营和农

民组织的性质特征，论述农业产业化经营中企业和农户的关系，企业的规模界限。进而从市场型、

一体化型、网络型组织三种形式阐述产业化经营与农民组织的组织机理，并分析其效率及激励机

制的设计原则。在对不同组织运营模式组织效率对比分析的基础上，设计出相应的激励兼容约束

的方案原则。文章认为，农业产业化经营是市场经济中连结农户和市场的纽带，企业与农户在长

期市场交易博弈中，形成互惠合作的组织机理和互相制约、互相促进的运营模式，但不同的组织

运营模式适应不同的行业及环境特点，没有一成不变的模式可遵循。文章在理论和实证分析的基

础上，提出了加快农业产业化经营和农民组织化发展的政箫建议，认为：坚持以科技为保障，延

长农业产业化经营的产业链，为企业的发展提供契机。建立利益共享，风险共担的利益机制，巩

固和发展壮大农业产业化经营。不断完善农业产业化经营的组织运营模式，提高农民组织服务产

业化的水平。努力开拓国内、国际市场，促进农业产业化经营向市场化、规模化和国际化发展。
