7.1 It is agreed between both parties that the design fee under this contract is calculated and charged according to the document No.10 (20XX) Design Prices. The charging basis and method are in accordance with relevant national and local provisions， and will be determined by both parties through negotiation， if there is no relevant national or local provision.
