摘要

本文介绍了EPE的相关物理性能、相关标准和EPE的深加工以及EPE设计过程中所需注意的跌落高度、脆值、缓冲力学特性等,EPE的结构优化设计过程中应注意厚度选定,刚度,轧模等一系列问题的优化,并论述了优化设计对生产成本等的重要性,对目前用EPE做缓冲包装的公司有着重要的经济意义。目前国外已经基本限制了EPs的生产,而国内环保的呼声也在逐渐的升高,因此EPE在将来一段时间内的市场占有量是相当可观的。做好EPE的优化设计也就等于降低了产品的成本,将会极大地提高自身产品在市场中的竞争力,这对利用EPE作缓冲包装设计的公司经济效益的好坏有着极为重要的作用。EPE(Expanded Polyethylene 发泡聚乙烯)不但具有回弹性好、密度低、耐候性好、耐腐蚀、阻水和易回收等优点,而且缓冲理论较为成熟,因此它将在今后一段时期内的出口产品缓冲包装领域仍会占有很大市场比率。所以,如何对EPE做优化设计,即降低生产成本,成了众EPE商家关注的问题。EPE的环保特性,在世界已经得到公认。EPE在生产过程中没有其它化学成份产生,废弃的EPE可回收造料再利用,对环境无污染,符合环保标准。而EPS发泡胶破坏生态环境的现状日益显现出EPE在环保方面的优势。

Abstract

This paper introduces the relevance of the physical properties of EPE, EPE-related standards and processing, as well as the design process EPE required a high degree of attention to the fall, crisp values of mechanical properties, such as buffer, EPE structural optimization of the design process should be selected thickness, stiffness, rolling mode, such as the optimization of a range of issues, and discusses the optimal design of the production costs, such as the importance of the current buffer EPE packaging companies do have an important economic significance. At present, foreign countries have basically limited the production of EPs, and the voices of domestic environmental protection has also increased gradually, so EPE period of time in the future market share is considerable.Do a good job of optimizing the design of EPE is equivalent to reducing the cost of the product will greatly improve their own products in the market competitiveness, which is a buffer for the use of EPE packaging design company with an extremely cost-effective quality of an important role. EPE (Expanded Polyethylene Foam Polyethylene) not only has good elasticity, low density and good weather resistance, corrosion resistance, water blocking the advantages of easy recovery, but also more mature theory of the buffer, so it will over a period of time in the future exports packaging area of the buffer will still account for a large market share. Therefore, how to optimize the design of EPE to do, that is, lower production costs,EPE public business has become a concern. EPE environmental characteristics, have been recognized in the world. EPE in the production process does not produce other chemical composition, EPE waste re-use of recyclable building materials, non-polluting to the environment, comply with environmental standards. EPS foam and the environmental conditions become more and more of the status quo of EPE advantages in environmental protection.
