终于,三年自然灾害结束了,外公也幸福地娶了妻,并有了一个儿子和一个女儿(即我的舅舅和妈妈)。可是天有不测风云,在1993年早春的一天,外婆出去卖菜时竟因意外车祸去世了!这个年代, 大家都穷,那撞外婆的人家也一样,外公宽容地饶恕了他们。但从此,养一家老小的重担就压在了外公一个人的肩上,他把悲痛埋在心里,每天努力干活,想尽办法供儿女上学,并鼓舞他们好好学习, 考个好大学!后来,舅舅和妈妈不负众望,都考上了好大学,外公露出欣慰的笑容,以前的再苦再累都值了!
