As the trend of globalization intensifies worldwide, many travellers currently are extremely perplexed by the emergence of identical structures no matter wherever they visit. Here is an essay aiming to illustrate some primary contributors to this awkward resemblance and present my perspective about the phenomenon.The first and foremost factor is the direct impact from extensive applications of digital technology. Moreover, partly due to the fact that many developing countries have, more or less, embraced western-style of cultures, local residents there are increasingly seeking for modern forms of entertainment as their American or European counterparts do. Numerous bars, golf courses, as well as amusement parks thus have been constructed as result of this evolution, dotting cityscapes globally with same greens or neonlights.Such development, in my observation, is generally positive when it comes to improving standards of living among people living in countries characterized by poverty and shanty towns merely decades ago. A marvelous skyline sharpen by concrete jungles is definitely a symbol of progress and modernization of these nations.
