因此，本节课将为随后的教学做知识和语言上的铺垫，是本单元最重要的基础会话教学。
根据《英语新课程标准》，本人主要运用任务型教学法及情景交际法，并采用多媒体课件进行教学。
按照任务型教学的基本理念，课堂任务的设计选择贴近学生实际生活的内容，提供符合真实生活的学习情景，通过自主、合作、探究培养学生主动学习英语的兴趣、自学能力、合作能力。
二、教学背景分析教学内容分析：PEP小学英语课文内容新颖、实用、有趣味性、有时代感，所选课文内容涉及文化、学习、日常生活等多方面内容。
本单元的话题是nature park。
是学生在日常生活中经常体验又喜欢的话题，学生通过这一单元的学习，能够简单描述自然公园里有没有河流、湖泊等。
本课时主要通过听、说、认读单词“boating”和词组“go boating”，知道“go + doing”结构的含义。
听懂、会说句子“Is there a …?”，“Yes, there is. / No, there isn’t.”，进行问答练习，并进一步将A Let’s talk中所学的主体句型用于B Let’s talk对话拓展和交际中，充分体现了该教材以旧带新的编排特点，具有承上启下的作用，也体现了编写者倡导学习与生活相结合，学以致用的教学思想。
