什么情况下需要写投诉信呢?当我们对商品或服务不满意时,我们有权进行投诉,以实现退换或索赔。
投诉信的特点:写投诉信的目的是要表达对商品或服务的不满,以实现退换或索赔。
因此写投诉信时措辞要客气,但语气要坚决,这样才能达到理想的投诉效果。
投诉信通常有三部分组成:(1)开头段:点明写信意图。
(2)主体段:写明投诉的原因,要展开说明。
要明确指出问题出在哪,要证明责任确实在商家,还可说明由此给你带来的不便和伤害。
(3)结束段:提出你的具体要求,表达你希望问题得到尽快解决的强烈愿望。
写作策略:写投诉信时语气要冷静、郑重、克制,不必过于礼貌。
但也要就事论事,不能进行人身攻击。
同时,在描述问题时尽量采用被动句式,使描述更加客观合理。
