FOB价等于离岸价，指货物在出口港口的费用已全部由卖方承担，包括装货、运输至目的港口、海运费用等。
一旦货物从船舶边缘开始装载，责任就由买方承担，买卖双方的合同也就算作完成。
2. CIF: cost, insurance and freight, 到岸价。
CIF价等于成本价，除包括FOB价外，还包括保费和其他附加费用。
这种方式下，卖方已经负责将货物交到目标港口，并为买方购买了保险。
3. L/C: letter of credit, 信用证。
在进口贸易中，买方与银行签订信用证，保证卖方可以得到支付货款的支具。
中途出现问题，如货物不符合要求、贸易战等情况，信用证将保障买卖双方的利益。
4. B/L: bill of lading, 提单。
B/L是一种运输别名，在货物交付时，由海运公司签发，将货物的所有权交给买方，并告知货物装运的时间、地点和数量等。
5. T/T: telegraphic transfer, 电汇。
T/T是一种基于银行网络的电子汇款方式，可以减少贸易中的现金风险和操作风险。
在交易成功后，卖方会从买方的银行账户中收到货款。
6. MOQ: minimum order quantity, 最低订购量。
指买方与卖方在合同中要求的最小数量，一般情况下，厂家需要保持商品生产效率并避免生产成本损失。
7. OEM: original equipment manufacturer, 原始设备制造商。
OEM 可以生产买方自己品牌的商品，与ODM不同，ODM会根据买家提供的设计和规格进行制造。
8. FTA: free trade agreement, 自由贸易协定。
模式下，签约方将按照贸易协定规定取消或降低彼此的关税和其他限制措施，从而推动贸易自由化。
