板凳龙是由一条一条的板凳连接而成的，每条板凳上都有一盏灯，晚上点亮的时候，就像一条闪闪发光的巨龙，哎呀，太漂亮了！
表演开始的时候，龙头会先出来，嘿呀，那龙头可真威风啊，大大的眼睛，长长的胡须，嘴里还含着一颗龙珠呢！然后龙身和龙尾也会跟着出来，它们会在广场上盘旋、飞舞，就像真的龙一样，哎呀呀，太神奇了！

桥头客家人食腊肉的历史悠久，在古代，肉类很少见到顺是个
稀奇物在集市上，一旦有人卖肉大家伙儿便蜂拥而至，将肉类一枪
而空了，在古代那个的时代，可就算买到了肉类又能如何，还不是
会腐坏。肉类一般只能保存三天左右，后来人们创造了一种方法，
那就是将肉腌制。这样不仅口感独特，并且保存的时间也很长。
客家人有一道菜，香菇炒腊肉，这道菜口感极佳，香菇的浓香
与腊肉完美的结合在了一起，问了点飞流直下三千尺，疑是银河落
九天，口水哗啦啦流了一地，那老远便闻见了这味道，即便是分才
吃饱了的人闻着也有在吃一些的欲望，这香菇炒腊肉，不仅闻着味
香，看着也让人食欲大增，可所谓色香味儿俱全。
听乡里乡亲们说这香菇炒腊肉，还有点袁有利相传在几百年
前，有一位因灾儿到处逃难以乞讨为生的妇人，有一天，这位夫人
正在气头时经过一个地方看见一个孩子躺在地上孩子，名为菇儿妇
人着十分可怜，便放在身边抚养有一回她们去乞讨，来到一间茅屋
里一位老奶奶在床上奄奄一息老奶奶看着他们两的穿着，心灵也变
明白，他们两也是可怜人，自己也将弄不久矣们后有块腊肉，你们
拿去吃吧，夫人并不想白白拿了老奶奶的腊肉，于是她上山挖野菜
看见一种有着突出的金相机了，一把伞边疆那种野菜和腊肉做了一
道菜，给老奶奶吃老奶奶吃了这道菜，病竟然好了起来，因为夫人
所救的那个孩子叫菇儿，所以夫人便将那种野菜命为香菇。
后来，香菇炒腊肉，盐，因为这个传说而闻名，成了客家人，
专门用来招待客人的美味菜肴。
浓浓的乡情化为一道道菜肴萦绕于心间家乡的味道，永远忘不
了。
我的家乡在江西的南部。那是一个风光秀美，民风淳朴的地
方。每每谈起它，我心里都禁不住荡漾着喜悦和自豪。来潮汕好多
年了，成了一个实实在在的“漂泊干部”，虽然会昌还是个经济欠
兴旺地区，但对于会昌家乡的情怀，却总是让我魂牵梦绕，难以割
舍！
从广东往北，出了广东地界不到一百公里便进入了我的.家乡—
江西会昌。那里属丘陵地带，虽没有大山，大河，但也山清水秀。
如果把汕头比作大家闺秀的话，那会昌无论如何也算是个小家碧
玉。它没有大城市高楼林立的繁华﹑也没有大城市车水马龙般的人
气；但它淳朴﹑优雅。就像一个没有化装的小姑娘，天生丽质；善
良而又恬静，热情中又带着淡淡的羞涩。 我的家乡于公元982年建
县，距现在一千多年了。它三面环水，现在虽然看不到有古香古色
的老城门。但近些年来建造了现代化的步云桥，水西桥，还有湘江
大桥，每当朝阳升起，进城做买卖的商贩跳着担子都要经过这些桥
才能进入县城，在桥上络绎不绝地穿梭来往。在太阳光芒的映衬
下，远远望去那就是一幅生动活泼的山水画摆放在你的面前，让人
回味无穷，浮想联翩。 家乡的淳朴和恬静让我感到欣慰，而且它曾
经辉煌的革命历史更让我自豪。 虽然会昌离汕头只有六七个小时的
车程，却没有受到大城市的“污染”。
那里的山水﹑人情依然就象家乡的红土地一样，淳朴，敦厚。
为谋生计，我离开家乡多年。流浪的道路上伴随着风雨和喜怒哀
乐，快节奏的工作和生活也让我忙碌得无暇去思考太多。只有在梦
里这一绝对属于我私人的空间里，我任凭思绪放纵不羁地游走。家
乡农夫的果园还有戏水的小河；久违的乡音还有亲人和邻居……他
们执着地伴我走进梦里。 会昌——你虽然容不下我的沧桑，但我依
然爱你这个可爱的地方。
俗有“榕不过吉”之称，但榕树竟在吉安成活了！这棵榕树自
然成了吉安的一处有名风景。
这棵树是在明万历年间，福建商人在吉安滨江边栽的，有300
多年历史了。
远看榕树，像一把永远不会合拢绿绒大伞；再近些看，好似一
个伸开双手的人，在说：“欢送光临！”；榕树离我们越来越近，
像一群演“千手观音”的演员的手，是那么舒展，那么柔和。
在榕树边观察它的枝，发现三分之二的枝都是往江边倾斜的，
而且江边的枝还往下倒，据说一年涨水，榕树的枝叶都垂到水里
了；而另一边却往上升，比萨斜塔还斜呢！它的枝有上有下，有长
有短，高的到了老坝上，低的几乎贴到了地面；枝长的十多米，短
的只有几分米。枝干的颜色有黄的、有橙的、有棕的、还有绿的，
让人眼花缭乱。
枝上有一片片的小绿叶子，虽小，但多。一簇里就有约200片
叶子！一大堆叶子形成一个“筛子”，把“沙子”——阳光一粒一
粒地筛了下来。枝头还有一颗颗小绿果实，像一颗颗小绿豆。
它的根比枝还粗糙，像八十高龄老奶奶的皮肤。根不但粗糙，
还很长，有人说，江里没水时，在河中央都能看到榕树的根，传说
最长的根都长到了河的对岸呢！
啊！吉安古榕，你虽然没有垂下的气根，没有一窝窝鸟儿，但
你仍是吉安的有名风景！
